What You NEED To Know About Your Thyroid And Phentermine

What You NEED To Know About Your Thyroid And Phentermine

Weight loss is a struggle for many people, but when you have additional health problems to contend with, the journey to your goal weight can be even harder.

Phentermine is often a great solution for those who need to lose weight but have medical issues which also need to be addressed, as is the case for the many people who struggle with their weight as a result of an underactive thyroid, known as hypothyroidism.

To conclude this mystery topic, we will explain everything you need to know bout your thyroid and phentermine!

Hyperthyroidism & Hypothyroidism

The thyroid, a small gland found in the neck, acts as the control center for your body; hormones secreted by the thyroid help to maintain the brain, heart, muscles, and other organs and help the body to use energy properly.

So when something goes wrong, and the result is an underactive thyroid or overactive thyroid, your metabolism either revs up too high or slows right down.

These two conditions – hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism – affect the thyroid differently and, therefore, have distinct symptoms.

Hyperthyroidism is an overactive thyroid, where the body makes too much thyroid hormone.

It can be thought of as your body’s system acting like a racing car engine, as all functions speed up and become difficult to control.

Hyperthyroidism is most often caused by the onset of Graves’ disease, which can result in the formation of a toxic swelling in the neck, called a goiter, protruding eyes, palpitations, sweating, diarrhea, weight loss, and muscle weakness.

Although sufferers experience weight loss, this is far from desirable as it results from fatigue, muscle weakness, and an unhealthy body.

The treatments often result in increased weakness and an inability to fight disease, which is why, in some cases, the thyroid is removed altogether.

Hypothyroidism is an underactive thyroid, whereby the body does not make enough thyroid hormone.

The most common cause of hypothyroidism is an autoimmune disease called Hashimoto’s disease.

In this condition, the immune system makes antibodies that destroy thyroid cells and stops them from making the thyroid hormone.

Hypothyroidism causes the whole body to slow down, including metabolism, heart rate, and digestive tract, meaning body functions are sluggish and difficult.

Symptoms of hypothyroidism include fatigue, dry hair, skin and nails, constipation, cramps, depression and weight gain.

Due to their slowed metabolic rate, people with hypothyroidism can feel that they are doing everything right as far as eating and exercising go but still struggle with weight gain, and if they’re trying to lose weight, rates can be painfully slow.

How Phentermine Helps Thyroid Problems

How Phentermine Helps Thyroid Problems

Despite the link between hypothyroidism and weight gain, doctors also propose that in some cases, if those with underactive thyroids actively forced themselves to maintain a normal activity level, they may only gain a few pounds.

Doctors explain that with many cases of weight gain resulting from hypothyroidism, due to symptoms such as depression and fatigue, sufferers are often too tired or lack the motivation to exercise and so fall into an unhealthy cycle of decreased activity and over-eating as an emotional outlet.

Therefore, in addition to medications that normalize thyroid hormone levels, sufferers of hypothyroidism who need to lose weight could greatly benefit from taking weight loss medications, such as phentermine.

Sufferers of hypothyroidism are often prescribed Synthroid, which contains levothyroxine, a synthetic form of the thyroid hormone that allows the replacement of the thyroid hormone and, therefore, normal thyroid levels.

As a result of the normalization of thyroid levels, excess weight may be lost. However, Synthroid is not a weight loss medication, and therefore some sufferers may require additional help to lose excess weight.

By increasing energy levels and decreasing appetite, phentermine can help those with hypothyroidism with the additional symptoms that come as a result of an underactive thyroid, such as tiredness and lack of energy.

By encouraging sufferers to incorporate more exercise into their lives and to break the cycle of inactivity, depression, and emotional eating, phentermine could enable those with hypothyroidism to reach their goal weights and also experience an improved mood and better overall health.

Sufferers of hypothyroidism who are taking phentermine can also find lots of support in the phentermine.com support group on Facebook.

It is important to stress here that phentermine and Synthroid, or any other medications, may only be taken together if they are prescribed by a doctor who knows that the patient is taking this combination.

While many people report success with weight loss while taking phentermine and Synthroid, in some cases, it may be inadvisable for others to take both medications.

This is due to individual differences between patients, which could result in potentially harmful interactions for some people. Therefore, we would emphasize that the two should never be taken together without approval from your doctor.

In cases where hypothyroid patients cannot take phentermine, but feel that they could benefit from additional help to lose excess weight, the weight loss supplement Phen Caps provides an excellent alternative to phentermine.

Phen Caps also boost energy levels and reduce appetite, so those with hypothyroidism can benefit from these effects to help them be more active and eat better as part of a healthy lifestyle that can be maintained in the long term.

As with phentermine, we recommend that you consult your doctor before taking Phen Caps if you are taking other medications, but as Phen Caps have no known side effects and can be taken for as long as necessary, with your doctor’s approval, they can form part of a healthy lifestyle resulting in weight loss alongside the management of hypothyroidism.

  1. I was diagnosed with Hypothyroidism about 13 years ago. I went from a size 4-6 to size 16. I am 5″. I began seeing a Natropathic Dr. after being on Synthroid for a few years. She realized that this was not working for me and starting me on Armour Thyroid. My thyroid normalized and I lost 20 lbs. down from (147lbs to 127lbs) I was this way for a few years, and went back to my MD for kidney stones. she she insisted that even though my thyroid was normal…I needed to use take something to keep it that way, I began using Levothroxine for maintenance, this was a destructive part..during the next few years she increased the meds, prescribed other meds..including Phentermine, the combination did not agree with me. I became more tired, the weight kept coming on, and I suffered from acid reflux really bad. She kept saying that I was eating too much, (this was not true) I have always been a healthy eater, I even went all Organic.
I then went to a Endochronologis.. this was my worst mistake. She told me that I was never ever going to lose the weight, instead she had me on all these meds (11 to be exact) the nightmare continued. Until my husband suggested that i visit his MD. I did not want to go to another Dr again, but I agreed. He did multiple blood work and then took me off all the pills except for the Levothyroxine….which he adjusted because I was over medicated. I was having sever heart palpitations and could not even walk up a few stairs without being out of breath. After a few months this Dr also realize that my body was not reacting too well to the Levo and he recommended Armour…this seemed to help and eventually my thyroid was normalized. In spite of this, I was still very tired and was not losing weight. In December of 2015 he recommended me using Phentermine. My husband mentioned some concerns we had…but he reassured us that it will be ok and we can quit after trying. For the first 6-7 few months I lost a total of 20 lbs. Down from 180 to 160. Even though I was still on Phentermine, the weight had stalled. He took me off it for a few weeks and I am due to restart it tomorrow.

  2. I have thyroid cancer and they have removed my thyroid completely. Will taking phentermine affect my Levothyroxine? I have gained weight since my thyroid removal and I need help finding a way to lose wait.

    1. Hi Bella,
We’re not qualified to say how phentermine will affect other meds but there are people in your position who have lost weight with phentermine despite having their thyroid removed so you should ask your doctor more to see if you could be eligible for a prescription.

  3. I had thyroid cancer and no longer have a thyroid so I take armor thyroid to provide my body with the hormone regulation it needs… because I don’t have a thyroid my hormone level are constantly fluctuating. Can the phen caps help me or do you need a thyroid for them to work? Right now I just had my 5th baby and my thyroid levels are on the low side and I’m having a very hard time with losing weight, energy and feeling hungry all the time… can this help curb hunger? Do I need a prescription for it or can I get it OTC??

    1. Hi Jami,
Phen Caps are a non-prescription alternative to phentermine, and you can buy them here: https://www.phen.com/products. They work to suppress appetite by causing a full sensation in your stomach with the natural ingredient caralluma, and also send signals to your brain telling you you’re full, much like the way phentermine does, but using different ingredients. The energy boost is from caffeine and theobromine, which are both natural stimulants. I don’t have medical training so I’m not 100% but as far as I know, these mechanisms still work the same for people with thyroid problems or with no thyroid function. However, you would need to check with your doctor before taking Phen Caps as any medication or supplement has the possibility of reacting with your thyroid meds so you should ask your doctor if there is a chance of a reaction.
      Hope that helps!

  4. I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism in 2012 but was not placed on any medicines. Then in February of this year, I had to have my thyroid removed and was placed on 150mcg synthroid and have gained some weight. I am thinking about asking my doctor about adipex because my energy level is very low.

  5. I’ve been diagnosed since July of last year with hypothyroidism and I hate it – before I knew it I was always sluggish and just moody. I’ve noticed my weight has stayed the same but I was told that my hair would brittle and it did, also I’ve noticed my skin is very dry, it’s aggravating to go through this. I wanna know can I take another weight loss supplement as well while I’m on levoxythrine, which is my steroid medicine.

    1. Hi Felicia,
There are many people on this site taking phentermine alongside medications for thyroid issues so it is possible that you will be able to take a weight loss medication to help you. We would advise that you ask your doctor to see if he or she can prescribe anything suitable.

  6. I broke my foot November 15, fifth metatarsal. The bone did not heal, it simply filled in with scar tissue. I ended up having surgery on December 28 and they put two screws in. I also have low thyroid. Does anyone know if taking Phentermine will affect the healing of the bone? I was on it for three months prior to the break, lost 30 pounds. I can feel the weight creeping back on as I can do little activity and can’t bear any weight on the foot. I do not want to jeopardize my foot from healing, any advice would be appreciated.

  7. I was diagnosed with Hyperthyroidism with several nodules in my thyroid gland in 2013. I have taken Methimazole 5mg on and off over the last year. My thyroid levels were last checked in the beginning of this year and were normal. I continue to take Methimazole here and there (I am not good with taking medications), but I have not taken them in a couple weeks. I also take Propranolol 20 mg at the same time as the Methimazole. So, if I am not taking the Methimazole, I am not taking the Propranolol either. Those are my thyroid related medications.
I was also just prescribed, but have not started taking, Indomethacin 50 mg and esomeprazole 20 mg.
Tomorrow I have an appointment to get a B12 shot (will be getting weekly) and hopefully a prescription for Phentermine. The appointment is rather pricey, so I would like to cancel my appointment if I am unable to get the Phentermine because I can get just B12 shots for cheaper elsewhere. What are your thoughts? Are there issues with any of the drug interactions? I am more concerned with the thyroid medications. I will probably only use the Phentermine for a month or two. Should I discontinue using my thyroid medications during that time?
Also, my BMI is 28. Is it even recommended for me to use Phentermine?

    Thank you!!!

    1. Hi Kaylee,
Thanks for your message! Many people taking medications for an under-active thyroid are prescribed phentermine to take alongside these medications, often because an under-active thyroid and weight problems go hand in hand. However, each case is different so if you have different doctors for your phentermine prescription and for your thyroid meds then you would need to disclose this information to both doctors to ensure that neither of them see a problem with you taking both. If the B12 injections are optional then we would advise just taking a multivitamin; B12 is one of many B vitamins essential for a healthy body, as we explain here: https://www.phentermine.com/phentermine-stopped-working/best-supplements-phentermine/. As for your BMI of 28, you would not be considered obese which is generally the level required to be prescribed phentermine, but doctors can prescribe it at their discretion, and often do prescribe it to those with BMIs under 30. If your doctor does decide to prescribe it, it could be related to your thyroid issues, since losing weight without help could be extra difficult for you.
      Hope all that helps!

  8. I have hypothyroid and am taking Synthroid and nature thyroid for T3 and T4. I was prescribed Phentermine over 30 days ago at 37 mg and have not lost 1 lb. I eat well and am pretty active. What could be going wrong or interacting wrong?

    1. Hi Krista,
Hypothyroidsim can make losing weight hard, but even without additional health issues, phentermine doesn’t always work for everyone. That said, there are other reasons why weight loss might be slow for you. This article here explains the top ten reasons why you might be struggling to lose weight with phentermine: https://www.phentermine.com/blog/why-not-losing-weight-with-phentermine/, such as stress, not enough sleep, or maybe you’re not eating enough. Hope that helps!

  9. I was prescribed phenteremine at 31, after the birth of my 2nd/last child was born. It was a year later, after being an incilin-dependent, high risk gestational diabetic during pregnancy, I could not lose the 40 lbs I gained. Within 2-3 months I down to my pre-pregnancy weight from my 1st born @ 25, of 140 lbs. Any time I gained any more than 10 lbs, 1-2 months of phenteremine would remove the weight.

At age 37 I started to have, what I know now to be all of the symptoms of hypothyroidism…hypo & hyper thyroid disease runs in my family..my mother went from hypo to hyper. I went to 8 different doctors who made me feel like I was a hypochondriac; all my levels were fine TSH overall was fine. But I keep gaining weight, fatigue was horrible; it felt like what I went through with gestational diabetic symptoms…that wasn’t it all my numbers were great. I was even sent to an endocrinologist & teates fro Hashimitos Disease; symptoms from cycal cell trait ( very rare). All was well.

After gaining 40 + lbs, I went to my mother’s hormone Doctor, she did a full hormone panel & had my family history…she found the issue…while my overall TSH was fine, my T3& T4 were out of whack. It was hypothyroidism. I started synthroid 75 & we played with it until it got right. I used phenteremine to assist in the weight loss & I saw dramatic results…at first.
My thyroid seems to keep de-regulating. I can always tell because I go from having normal bowel movements, to none at all & gaining 5-10 easily loseable lbs to the weight piling on. When I add phenteremine to the mix to help, I find that the constipation is perpetuated. Which is a side effect of the phenteremine. Is this counter- intuitive to one of the key things the synthroid is trying to regulate?
I’m 38 & just had another pendulum swing with thyroid regulation, phenteremine support & great weight loss…right back to gaining 20 lbs in less than 6 mo, all of the signs that my thyroid was out of balance…the phenteremine doesn’t help me (for whatever my body composition reasons) if my thyroid is off, it makes (hypo thyroid) symptoms worse.
I just got another increase in my synthroid, I’m up to 150, by afraid if I go back on the phenteremine that it will somehow counteract what the synthroid is trying 2 do..
Would trying Phen Caps be a viable alternative to experience fewer side effects? Should I wait until the ny thyroid is functioning completely with new synthroid dose ? Also, when I looked up the contraindications of taking both phenteremine & synthroid at the same time, there is a Moderate Risk- which means it is not suggested they be taken together because of the severity of side effects … Of course depending on your ones medical history & current physical health…which of course means that the prescribing physicians of both medications should be aware both are being taken and also deemed it more a benefit than a risk.

    Thanks

    1. Hi TM,
Thanks for your message! Phen Caps could be a great alternative for you and anyone else experiencing the problems with using phentermine and thyroid medications. Phen Caps have no side effects so you wouldn’t experience the constipation, however since you are taking other medications, it would still be a good idea to check with your doctor to see if it’s ok to take Phen Caps alongside your thyroid meds, as there is always the possibility of an interaction. You can find the specific ingredients of Phen Caps on their website here: https://www.phen.com/
      Good luck!

  10. I have a history of hyperthyroidism which was controlled some years ago and after having my twins the glands are in a subclinical stage. Is phentermine appropriate for patients like me? I am not taking any meds for the thyroid disease but I wanted to start on phen again since I haven’t been able to lose the weight I gained during pregnancy (16 months struggling to do so) I took phen before my thyroid went crazy and it worked perfectly well back then. However, I don’t feel it has the same effect now, it doesn’t seem to be working. Any advice?

    1. Hi Florencia,
It sounds like you’re already taking phentermine, so as it’s been prescribed by your doctor then he or she must think that it’s suitable for you. It’s quite common for all patients to experience reduced effects after the first time, so this isn’t related to your thyroid issues, but just something that many people experience. We have a lot of advice in our blog articles about how to make phentermine more effective, but the best general article is this one: https://www.phentermine.com/blog/why-not-losing-weight-with-phentermine/ which has a lot of tips to make your phentermine work better for you.
      Hope that helps!

  11. I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism almost two years ago and was prescribed synthroid. I’m also taking Zoloft. I have done nothing but gain weight since then. My dr just prescribed phentermine and I’m really hoping it will help. I have zero energy right now and when I come home from work all I want to do is take a nap. What can I do, eat etc to get the most out of my phentermine prescription?

    1. I gained 80 pounds on Zoloft. If it continues to be a problem for you, I’d recommend seeking a different medication. Mine was for anxiety and Effexor (XR) works well for me.

    2. I take all three of the same medications. since taking puente remind I have lost 15 pounds in two months. Good luck I hop it works out for you.

      Nadine

  12. I also have hypothyroidism and currently taking 75 mg synthroid. I just started phentermine 37.5 two weeks ago and have lost 12 lbs! I feel like I have control of my life again! I used to think about food all the time and was fatigued. But since starting the phentermine 37.5 MG, I eat small portions and have energy to exercise. I walk treadmill 3 days a week, 30 minutes run/walk intervals. Beginning weight = 286, current weight = 274

    1. I take 200mcg of synthroid everyday. I started phen on nov.11 at a weight of 285. I have lost 11 pounds so far. How are you doing with your weight loss?

  13. Wow, Diane, that is great news. I was diagnosed in November with hypothyroidism after gaining about 25 extra pounds in two months time. I was already overweight, but this additional weight has just made me so unhappy with myself. I was put on Synthroid, for the T4 and we added Cytomel T3 about 2 months ago. I also have gone completely gluten free and try to eat Paleo but at least once a week I fall off the wagon and have to indulge to some degree. I have taken Phentermine in the past before this diagnosis with great success. My doctor told me that she would give me something to help me lose weight once my thyroid meds were optimal. It is just so hard to fathom that the ability to lose weight is so very difficult if not impossible it seems. Nice to hear someone who has had some success finally! Thanks for sharing your post. 🙂

  14. I am hypothyroid and was on 200mcg levothyroxine. I started phentermine and topamax in November 2013. In under 5 months I lost 50 lbs. Starting weight was 218. I am now 145. I am still taking phen and topamax and my levothyroxine dosage is now down to 112mcg 🙂

    1. Hi..i just got a prescription for phentermine 15mg and i also take levothyroxine 200mcg..i hope this works for me like it did for you..:)keep up the good work

    2. Thank you for your posts! I have been on phentermine for 3 years on and off and each time I lose 30 pounds or more in 3 months now my doctor has diagnosed me with hypothyroid and I have been skeptical on taking L-thyroxine and phentermine at the same time. Not to mention I’m pre diabetic so she wants me to take metformin as well.. I’m like is this too much medicine at one time? I have to keep taking phentermine it’s the only thing give me the energy i need..

      1. Hi Mesha,
We can understand your reluctance to take three different medicines but there are many people who have all of these issues and who combine these three medications. The metformin and the phentermine will be temporary and the thyroid medication should finally help you to lose the weight for good, now that you and your doctor know that this is the problem. Perhaps you could join our Facebook support group to see if anyone else on there is taking all three and see what their experience of the combination was.
        Good luck!

  15. My mom/best friend has thyroid problems. She has gained 8 pounds in just a 2week period. I’m worried for her health… I heard about Phentermine. can someone answer my question, PLEASE…. Will this medicine help her, if she has thyroids??

    1. Hey Michelle,
Phentermine can help people with thyroid problems to lose weight, especially if she is unable to lose weight with diet and exercise alone. I would advise her to ask her doctor about possible treatments that address both her thyroid problems and her weight problems as losing weight will also help her thyroid to function better.
      Hope that helps!

  16. I’ve been diagnosed with under active thyroid since I was 10 years old.
When I became 16 it disappeared and didn’t come bacK . All my blood results showed it was gone completely and my thyroid is normal.
I am aboit 24 now and I gave birth 12 months ago.
the moment I gave birth until now my thyroid is being abnormal.
One blood test shows its too low and one shows it’s too high.
I have a stack of thyroid medicines.
I am feeling lasy dizzy, angry , fat ( gained 35 kilos and finding it hard to loose) and so hormonal. I feel really terrible and its making me depressed.
I am also sweating alot and feel so worm. Its crazy I can’t go anywhere I cant wear anything i feel my body is burning.
I spoke to my doctor and she said stay on ur medications. But I dontnyt see any difference.

I need help !! How do I loose weight ? I heared about a weught loss medication called Duromine.
wondering what it dose for someone who suffers from under active and overactive thyroid. ???

    Tia

    1. Hey Tia,
Duromine is a medication containing phentermine which is sold in New Zealand and Australia. This page from our phentermine.com information pages gives you more information: https://www.phentermine.com/phentermine-dosage/phentermine-37-5-mg/. Duromine can help you in the same way as phentermine as it contains phentermine as the active ingredient so it may be worth speaking to your doctor about getting help with losing weight, as long as it doesn’t interact with your thyroid medications.

      Hope that helps!

  17. Antidepressants make you fat. Most people take 37 mg of phentermine. I got really hurt and they tried every antidepressant on me including viibryd. They all made me depressed and I wont take them. The more you take, the fatter you get and the more depressed you are. Kids will make you depressed. They suck your energy and money bone dry, unless you change the process.
Living in Minnesota I would imagine you need to increase your vitamin Ds, Bs and thiamin. Your kids are old enough to exercise and ride bikes with you. I would take mine every Sunday for a 40 mile ride. Make them go with me to run our German Shepherd every night. Just keeping the house clean is hard work and great exercise, clean every day.
Find the natural things in life that make you happy so you stop worrying about money. Swim, walk in parks, join some groups and get moving.
I was severely hurt a few years ago. I ran 40 miles a week and kept social. When the recession hit I went back to school and was a server at the Cracker Barrel. So I walked another 40 miles a week. The injuries I suffered came back to haunt me and I have had about 10 surgeries in 2 years. My jaw was broken so I ate a ton of icecream and the weight did not stop. I gain 20 lbs with every surgery. I walk I can only go a mile or two. I have Hashimotos, severe hypothyroid. I got off synthroid and take armour thyroid. I feel better but dont know if its going to help me lose the weight.
Phentermine is great but it doesnt work alone. Your mind has to be behind it. It will help you push through your exercise limits and give you energy to clean the house. Energy to out do some of your kids. I see food as disgusting when I am on phentermine. Leaves people bloated, gassy and fat. I dont want food, just water, sugar free gum and vegetables. It does give me insomnia so you might want to get some Ambien or Benedryl. It also makes my mouth dry, I carry sugar free gum and mints with the sugar alcohol xylitol. Orbit gum. And I drink a river of water which flushes fat. Hope this helps!

    1. Hi I would love to know how you are doing? I felt a clear understanding of everything you wrote to be exactly what we all needed to read. Switching medicine is one of my to do’s. I have yet to find a proper physcian or speaialist. Do you see a specialist for your health care?
I pray you and your family are well!
Thank you for what you wrote in 2014 please reply and update. I will scrollbdown to see of you have replied on another thread!
      God bless!

  18. I have been diagnosed about 12 years ago with depression following my pregnancy of my special needs daughter. I also have silent thyroiditis. I have symptoms of hypothyroidism but when we increase my Synthroid my symptoms cause me to suffer from an increased tremer and oily skin. I have had dificaulty managing my depression and have had a 4th child nearly 10 years ago now. I gained 60 lbs with my last pregnancy due to my decreasing my antidepressant during my pregnancy. I have not been able to loose and have added 20 lbs. since being unemployed for just over a year now.

I have become tiered of trying so hard to loose weight just to loose and gain the same 5-10lbs. I needed something to help me jump start my weight loss and loss more than 10 lbs.

I have started on a new antidepressant (Viibryd 20mg and added Phentermine 15mg. I just started it today and so far I am not feeling much different. I hope that I will start to see some results that are more than the same 10lbs. I have been loosing and gaining for the past 2 years.

    I am currently 220lbs., 5’9″ and 42 years old.

Has anyone else recently started on this medication. I am hoping to have the results that some of you have had. I have a whopping 70lbs to loose to reach 150lbs. Wish me luck. I have already been watching what I am eating and started weight training again. The weather is starting to get nice here in Minnesota and my bike is calling.

    1. Just curious how your progress went as the lady below this comment said most people get prescribed 37.5 a phentermine and that’s what’s worked always for me I also struggle with hyperthyroidism and I go up and down between 10 to 15 pounds easily. Antidepressants definitely made me gain weight so I got off them entirely I found the exercise even cleaning the house is motivation enough to aid with losing weight. i’ve been taking phentermine on and off for about 10 years going years in between without it and every time I go back on it it definitely helps . As I get older it’s much harder to lose the 10 pounds when I first started I could lose 10 to 15 pounds easily within a month or two now it seems it takes longer just to lose that! Its aggravating.I don’t eat much sugar ever and I don’t consume a lot of food and my thyroid is on a normal level so it’s this constant struggle between 10 and 15 pounds

      1. Madeleine I’ve been on phentermine 8 months and I lost 11 pounds. And I feel everything you wrote was me… Same problems. But last 5 months I have not lost weight it’s been the same… How do you feel when you come off phentermine? I got mine through a diet clinic but the so-called doctor has no clue about thyroid. My friend and I started together and she’s loosing 2 pounds at least every 3 wks and she’s eating everything. I’m watching what I’m eating and not losing. And the doctor is insisting I’m eating everything. I was so annoyed there’s no point arguing with him… I felt deflated and want to end taking phentermine. But reading your journey I’ll come off and start again…
        Thank you
        Rina
