“I feel sexy again! Sexier then I have ever felt before… I’m happy with myself even if I don’t lose anymore and I love that.”
I decided I had to make a change because I was always so tired, and my body hurt all the time. I never looked good in anything cute I tried on. I hated summer and I would run out of breath so easily. And don’t even ask me to go swimming!
After I started phentermine, the exercise part was hard – I used to hate to do anything that would make me break into a sweat. But now I like to get active and sweat. It feels so different when you don’t have 50 extra pounds holding you down!
It’s amazing to finally fit into a size 8 again! Also I feel self-confident now. I’ve always had low self-worth for myself. I never thought I would ever compare to other people, but I know different now.
If you’re just starting, remember to be patient. If you’re losing slow like I am, remember that one pound less is one pound closer to your goal!!
Really start changing how you see food and what it really means to you. Start getting used to eating less and find food that will help you stay on track after you are done with the pills.
Feeling Sexy Again After Phen
Last June when I started phentermine, I was at the last straw with my weight.
For 9 years I have struggled and failed at everything I tried. Since my first child, it’s been hard to lose weight plus a baby kept me pretty busy.
I didn’t cook much so, like so many people, I would go grab something fast and unhealthy. I didn’t really care at that time because I was always able to lose it fast before, little did I know that my body had changed and wasn’t going to make it easy on me.
I hit my highest weight after my second child, so I joined Weight Watchers and lost 20 pounds. I changed the way I looked at food, I really wanted to eat healthy, so I started changing that. I started to think, well if I’m eating healthy things then I can eat more of them. I was excited, but the more I tried to lose the more I would reward myself with food. In other words, I started putting the weight back on.
Within 3 months I was back where I started.
I pretty much gave up and told myself to just accept it, I would always be fat. One good thing is that I stuck with eating more fruits and vegetables, I just needed something to really let me know I was full, so I would stop eating.
I also had a hard time with night munchies, I just wanted to stop thinking of food! It’s crazy how something that is supposed to keep you alive could turn and become such an addiction.
My husband and I were having problems at this time, so food became my love. I really thought he looked at me like I was gross, which I really was. I felt it!
Then one day I ran into an old friend whom I hadn’t seen in a year or so and she used to be overweight as well. She walked in and said hi to me and looked great. She had lost 50 pounds in about 4 months.
I asked her what she was doing, and she said she went to her doctor for knees problems and he put her on this diet pill called phentermine. I was really surprised because I thought you had to have at least 100 or more pounds to be put on these pills. I only had 45 pounds to lose. She told me more about it, and I was really excited.
At that point I made up my mind: I was going to the doctor. So, I did and, with my family history of health problems, he thought it would be a good idea to get this weight thing under control while I was still young. Obviously he wanted me to eat right and exercise while taking phentermine.
Now remember my friend lost all her weight within 4 months. It is taking me a lot longer. That really upset me and I started in my thinking that I wasn’t going to lose what I wanted. I really became depressed. I was only losing 5 to 8 pounds a month, but I had to really stop myself and remember that I’m going down and 5 pds. would turn into 10 pds. and so on. That helped a lot.
I also started helping a friend out with her business cleaning houses. WOW! That will get your butt into shape fast. I dropped 15 pds in one month after cleaning 2 houses 4 times a week. I’m still cleaning and yes I’m slowing down once again, but I’m down 40 pds. and the compliments are great.
I feel sexy again! Sexier then I have ever felt before. My husband told me that when we were out one night, my butt looked better than anyone else’s in that bar. I couldn’t believe my husband was saying this. I knew there were so many beautiful, thin women there and he thinks I look better than all of them!! I never thought I would ever hear my husband say something like that again. It was a life-changing moment.
I’m happy with myself even if I don’t lose anymore and I love that. All of my girlfriends are on phentermine now, because of how I’ve done, and they’ve passed it on. Pretty soon everyone will be thin! 🙂
Thank you so much phentermine, you’ve given me my life back!
