I wanted to lose weight to be able to keep up with my kids. I also wanted to feel confident about my body. 

My biggest weight loss challenge has definitely been cooking healthy meals for myself, while also taking care of my family. I’m slowly overcoming that but in the beginning it was very difficult to have to make multiple meals.

Losing weight has changed my life in numerous ways. The number one way is my health. Before losing weight I was feeling tired and out of breath all the time. Losing weight has also helped me to be more confident, especially with my clothing style. I also have a lot more energy and motivation in life which helps a lot with having small children. 

My biggest weight loss advice would be to track everything and constantly look back to remind yourself of your progress. Whenever I feel like I’m losing motivation I look at old photos of myself and I am instantly reminded of how far I’ve come.

My Daily Routine With Phentermine

I take my phentermine as soon as I wake up. I try to exercise right after that and then will eat my breakfast. I like to eat eggs and bacon for breakfast. Some days if I don’t have time to cook, I’ll have a protein shake. For lunch, I like to keep it simple and eat plenty of protein and veggies. For dinner I like chicken tacos with lettuce used as tortillas.
