I had a baby a year ago. I had gained so much weight that I was only able to wear maternity clothes. I was fed up! My eating habits were all over the place. I would eat better for a day or two and then go back to overeating again. I love food and thought about it constantly.

I don’t focus on food anymore, and I feel so much more confident with what I wear and just out and about in general. I don’t feel like everyone is staring at me for the wrong reasons.

My advice for other phentermine users is to stick with it, one pound at a time. And drink lots of water! Water fills you up and just makes the whole process easier.

My Weight Loss Routine

I take 1/2 a pill by 6AM and eat breakfast around 10AM. I usually have a healthy egg sandwich for breakfast and a bowl of non fat Greek yogurt with strawberries and a little bit of granola for lunch. Dinner is what my family eats just a smaller portion.

I don’t tend to snack through the day, when I do it’s usually a mandarin orange or string cheese. I drink a lot of water, usually 100 oz a day. I walk every day at least 30 min and try to do strength training at least once a week.
