I was almost 300 pounds and I have 6 children to care for, plus a very physically and mentally demanding job. So, I decided that I need a change. It was really difficult at first because I felt like I had no energy and my motivation was wavering. 

Now, I feel so excited to be able to play with my kids. I’m very active at the gym. I do cyclebar and overall enjoy being outside a lot more. I can bend over and tie my shoes without sweating or feeling like I can’t breathe and so many more changes.

My biggest advice for other phentermine users would be to stick to a good diet plan. Cut all soda and sugary foods and drinks. DRINK ONLY WATER! Also, intermittent fasting helps ALOT. 

126 Pounds: One Day at a Time

I take 37.5 mg of phentermine first thing in the morning with a WELLA bar. I drink 80 or more ounces of water a day. I try and eat a protein filled early dinner. I skip lunch and do intermittent fasting ever other day. I love to have at least one big meal a day. Steak or salmon with lots of vegetables, also I love squash and If I want pasta I use zucchini noodles. That’s my day to day.
