Here we explain why you might still be feeling hungry and how to manage your appetite to help boost your weight loss results.Table of ContentsHow Phentermine Suppresses AppetiteWhy Am I Hungry On Phentermine? How Can I Control My Hunger On Phentermine?1. De-Stress And RestHow Phentermine Suppresses AppetitePhentermine causes the brain to stimulate the adrenal glands to release neurotransmitters, which signal a fight-or-flight response, similar to the reaction of our bodies when we are faced with dangerous or exhilarating situations. As acting on this danger becomes the priority, satisfying hunger becomes less important.Recommended ProductALTERNATIVENo More Cravings - Try PhenQ Today!PhenQ is recommended by 190,000 people like you who want to lose weight fast and effectively without feeling hungry. No Prescription Required. No Side Effects.Money-Back Guarantee.SHOP NOW!By releasing the neurotransmitters norepinephrine, serotonin, and dopamine, phentermine helps you to feel less hungry as you become full quicker and experience fewer cravings. For many people, establishing more control over appetite and cravings holds the key to weight loss and is often one of the main reasons doctors will decide whether phentermine is right for you. This is because those who have tried and failed to lose weight by diet and exercise alone often struggle with appetite cues and cravings related to food addictions and emotional hunger. While scientists are not sure whether this problem originates as a result of genes, psychological issues, or is due to many years of eating badly, the fact remains that by manipulating neurotransmitters to suppress hunger signals, phentermine can successfully help obese patients regain control of their eating for what may be the first time ever. Why Am I Hungry On Phentermine? It is a misconception that phentermine will suppress your appetite completely so that you are never hungry.Due to the individual differences between patients, although some people report a complete lack of appetite – particularly at the start when the effects are strongest, others may only experience minimal appetite suppression. However, most phentermine users experience levels of appetite suppression somewhere in between these two extremes, which means that you will feel hungry, but with reduced cravings and less of a preoccupation surrounding food, making healthier choices will be easier. While it may sound that not feeling hungry at all is what you need if you’re trying to lose weight, it’s not.As with most things in life, balance is essential when it comes to your appetite, and neither too much nor too little is a good thing. If you’re struggling to eat, it can be easy to forget to eat the nutritious food you need to keep your metabolism running smoothly.Without the fuel it needs, your body will slow down, meaning that any food you do eat will not be turned into energy as efficiently, resulting in slower weight loss. Not eating enough is one of the reasons that people experience difficulty losing weight on phentermine, as we explain here. And many of the people who have left phentermine reviews state that they found they had to eat to lose weight.Even if you do manage to lose weight on phentermine while eating very little, when your prescription finishes, you will regain your appetite.Without having learned healthy eating habits, you are most likely to regain the weight you lost as well.Ideally, phentermine will reduce your appetite, but you should still experience regular hunger throughout the day, acting as a cue for you to eat a healthy meal or snack. If phentermine isn’t suppressing your appetite at all, or as some users report, actually making you hungrier, then you should speak to your doctor. It could be that phentermine is not right for you or that your prescription needs to be altered somehow. How Can I Control My Hunger On Phentermine? If you feel that phentermine is not suppressing your appetite as much as you had hoped, then these tips will help you to gain control over your hunger:1. Add A SupplementTo get an added boost of appetite suppression, we recommend adding Phen Caps, the leading phentermine alternative, to your daily phentermine.Phen Caps can be taken safely alongside your prescription to complement and support the effects of phentermine. As Phen Caps contain different ingredients to phentermine, they activate different mechanisms in the body to control appetite, meaning that you will feel less hungry and more able to make the right choices regarding mealtimes.2. Plan AheadAs we explain here, losing weight requires forward planning and a lot of preparation. It’s all very well to have good intentions not to order takeout, but if hunger strikes and your cupboards are bare, then making healthy choices is so much harder. So, be sure to plan meals ahead of time to know what to buy when you get to the store, aim to have a freezer full of healthy foods like frozen veg, lean meat, and leftovers, and stock your pantry with wholegrain pasta, spices, tinned tuna, and legumes for those days when the fridge is empty.Recommended ProductALTERNATIVENo More Cravings - Try PhenQ Today!PhenQ is recommended by 190,000 people like you who want to lose weight fast and effectively without feeling hungry. No Prescription Required. No Side Effects.Money-Back Guarantee.SHOP NOW!3. Drink WaterWe can often mistakenly think we’re hungry when we are actually just thirsty, so it’s often a good idea to have some water and check that you’re not a little dehydrated, especially in hot weather.Phentermine causes many people to experience the side effect of dry mouth, which in turn helps them to drink more water. So, be sure to keep a bottle with you at all times to resolve this issue while also helping to satisfy your appetite without the calories.4. Focus On Filling FoodsFast food, ready meals, and sugary treats don’t just pack in the calories and fat; they also don’t fill you up for very long.To keep hunger at bay, you must focus on filling up foods high in protein and fiber, as this winning combination will leave you full for hours. So, be sure to eat lean meat, fish, eggs, and other healthy sources of protein, as well as plenty of fiber-packed foods, such as whole grains, legumes, fruit, and veg.5. Snack AwayIf you’re hungry, eat! And that means snacking, too; going too long between meals leaves you ready to eat the first thing that comes along, healthy or not. And, even if you do manage to sit down to something healthy, arriving at mealtimes feeling overly hungry often causes people to eat too fast and too much. So, the best way to control your hunger is to eat several small regular meals throughout the day or to reach for low-calorie snacks like these between meals.6. De-Stress And RestJust like your metabolism, your hunger isn’t set in stone, and one of the best ways to reprogram your hunger levels is to concentrate on relieving stress in your life and ensure that you get at least seven hours of sleep each night.Stress and a lack of sleep both heighten appetite and cause hunger signals to become confused. So, follow this advice to benefit from plenty of appetite-suppressing sleep, and take a more holistic approach to your health and body by taking these steps to manage stress. Are you still hungry on phentermine? I do really well until the phentermine starts off. At around three in the morning I wake up with crazy cravings and undermine myselfReply
I’m currently taking 37.5 of phentermine I notice later on through out the day I start to get hungry. I use to take these pills years ago but it seems like this time around the dose isn’t strong enough any suggestions and what’s the best time of day to take them I usually take the pills around 8am.Reply
Hi Cassandra,Phentermine should be taken first thing in the morning, around 30min before breakfast. Some users split their pill in half so they can take half before breakfast and half later in the day. This can help prevent afternoon cravings. Maybe this can also help: https://www.phentermine.com/phentermine-stopped-working/Rebeca, Phentermine.comReply

Hi gal! Thanks for the article. Truly appreciate it. I have been dealing with the issue that phen causes my hunger to strike up the roof. Never had this problem in the past. At this current moment I’m not able to take more than a quarter of a pill. I know doctors say 1/2-1. This method is pretty much always worked out fine for me in the past, but not this time. Can you please advise what I can do? Besides what you said above about the extra caps and the basics of diet (as I’m already being on point with that part.)Reply
Hi Solena,Perhaps you could speak to your doctor to adjust your current dosage. Also, make sure to include lots of lean protein in your diet, eggs, chicken breasts, fish and other healthy sources like beans and lentils. This would ensure you to stay satisfied for longer periods of time. You can also try protein shakes.Hope that helps!Rebeca, Phentermine.comReply
