"When I entered High School in 2004 I began a rapid weigh gain. My childhood years I was always lean, and very active on the playground. My weight was rapidly increasing as each year of high school went by, I knew I had to do something, I just didn't have the initiative to *know* when to do something. I graduated High School in 2008, and in the beginning of 2009 I tried HerbaLife. Despite many negative reviews online, this product was great help to aid me in losing weight, but not so much maintaining the weight loss. I had lost a total of 31 lbs while on HerbaLife and felt like I was finally accomplishing what I have been wanting to for a long time. After my product ended, I found myself slowly but surely returning to my old habits, and soon enough I not only gained my 30 lbs back, but I gained more! With the feeling that nothing could ever be done about my weight problem, I gave up for the moment. It wasn't until MTV premiered the show "I used to be fat" in late 2010, that really inspired me to finally take real initiative and do something. Every week I would watch young individuals my age DO something about their weight issue, which gave ME hope. I purchased a gym membership and went at least 5 times a week, I even purchased Hydroxycut, but to my surprise that didn't work well for me. My cousin then told me about Phentermine, and how it worked so well for a friend. I decided that, at the rate I was going with my weight loss, I really had nothing to lose from trying it out. My first time taking phentermine left me feeling very anxious. I couldn't sleep the night before, I had NO idea what to expect, or if I was sure this would help me with my goal. To make my long story short, Phentermine taught me the importance of "Portion Control". The class I took in regards to the drug, taught me how to achieve the results I wanted quickly, efficiently, and most importantly, how to maintain results. It is now a mere 9 months since I've achieved the results I have on Phentermine and I have been able to maintain results, in fact, even lose a little more from the time I have stopped. I was 232 when I began, 170 when I stopped, and 167 currently. I would recommend Phentermine to anyone out there who is determined, and doesn't expect to achieve magical results in 2 or 3 months. It definitely works!"

A new lifestyle
What is the deciding factor that made you decide to change your lifestyle?
I would definitely say that the main reason I decided to lose weight was for myself. I believe that you should always like the way you look no matter "big" or "small". I just happen to like myself not as big, and it makes me feel better both physically and mentally.
What was the most difficult adjustment to your new lifestyle?
THE FOOD! Not being able to eat whatever you want, when you want! Before this year, I never second guessed what I would eat, or when I would eat it. If I was hungry, I ate. Now, I am definitely not as free-spirited about consuming food as I had been in the past.
What is the most rewarding part of your new lifestyle?
The clothes! I can finally shop at places that I would never go into before. But I would also say the self-esteem.
Do you have any words of advice for the community?
My advice to anyone seeking weight loss goals is, don't worry if your results aren't happening as quickly as you'd like. Don't ever let one step back determine your steps forward.
