Melissa has lost over 20 lbs in three months, thanks to better eating habits, incorporating more physical activity into her routine and phentermine. She has already noticed a great improvement in the way she feels.

"Hi, I started Phentermine around Mothers Day. I realized, when I went to see my mom, that I wanted to be a healthy, active mom. My mom spends a lot of time in bed and also suffers from health problems because of her weight.

Phentermine helped me a lot, it gave me my life back. I lost my dad last year, after I lost him there was an empty spot that I kept trying to fill
with food. Things really got out of hand as I didn't realize that the food was
hurting me instead of helping me. After taking in so much food for that long
I think it streched my stomach out, making it harder to fill up. Now I have
decided that dad wouldn't want to have seen me like that and that's when I talked to my doctor. I began walking almost daily, for just one mile and the
phentermine helped with my appetite, so I choose better foods now. It's hard
to believe that when I get a craving now it's for fruit, not sweets! I am
getting closer to my goal, now I am trying to do it on my own. I know dad
would be proud of me for picking myself up by my boot straps and moving on.
I realize that I'm not moving on without him, just because he doesn't talk
doesn't mean he's not watching. I will make him proud.

Well, I hit my "realistic goal" of 139 and now I want to be 125 ( the weight I was when I met my husband). But still, I think 24 lbs in 3 months is great and I feel better. I walk lighter and I feel "normal "again! I thank Phentermine for it, and my doctor for trusting my judgment enough to let me try it."
