Gloria's weight loss of over 50 pounds has helped restore her confidence, making her a happier person than before. Read more to hear her story.

"I was 130 lbs in 1995 when I was 25 years old and pregnant. I had my son in February 1996 and weighed 186 lbs the day he was born. I had a C-section and stayed 186 lbs for about 6 years. Suddenly I was weighing in at 194 lbs. I was desperate and my doctor suggested Phentermine.

I have incorporated many changes into my lifestyle. This includes eating smaller portions. I enjoy a variety of fresh vegetables and I mainly put myself first at all times. I spend more ME time than I did before. I also realize that I never understood what "one day at a time" really meant before. I know what it means now and I am definitely living "one day at a time!" I have also taken many pictures of myself along the way. One thing that was a big problem for me for the last 8 years was that I had no idea who I was anymore.
Girl, Woman, Mother, miserable girlfriend, unhappy daughter...
I have rediscovered myself through pictures. I can see a lot of things in pictures that I could not see in the mirror. I honestly think that a selfish approach is a must if you are having an identity crisis. I see other pictures in other profiles here, and I can see others here that will understand and agree with me fully. WE all look great.

This stuff really works if you take it one day at a time. In two weeks you will be in full swing towards a life you can live with. It has saved my life and has made a huge difference for me. I am now almost 15 lbs away from my pre-pregnancy weight. My son is 8 years old now."
