"I did use phentermine to lose and acheive my weight loss i just recently got off of phentermine but love this product i took the advice of my doctor and didn't just take the pill i went on a diet plan that he gave me and counted my calories and fat grams and learned how to eat healthy and i also started exercising like my doctor told me too i walk everyday now since i have been on phentermine i walk 2 to 3 miles a day now and i also purchased a eliptical machine that i use every other day now. I changed my whole life style and phentermine and my doctor help me with this change and made it easier."

A new lifestyle
What is the deciding factor that made you decide to change your lifestyle?
The deciding factor that made me want to change my life style was a number of things my family has a history of heart problems and high blood pressure and i didn't want to go down that path, also i had no energy and desire to do anything cause i was so self conscious and just had no energy. I also had a really hard time keeping up with my 9yr old and 3 yr old. So i decided it was time i done something about it so i could be there for my kids and not have health issues or feel so self conscious all the time.
What was the most difficult adjustment to your new lifestyle?
the most difficult adjustment to my new lifestyle was trying to create healthy meals that me and my family could enjoy but i found that there are alot of choices out there that were good for us and very tasty. So now me and my whole family eat healthy and love it.
What is the most rewarding part of your new lifestyle?
The most rewarding part of my new lifestyle is i am so much more active now and my kids and husband love it we do so much more together now and it is wonderful.
Do you have any words of advice for the community?
My advice would be it's never to late to make a change and to make that change really happen as long as you truly want it you can make it happen it may be alot of hard work but believe me the hard work is so worth it in the end.
