    Default Just starting out.

    I'm on my 6th day of phentermine 37.5. My weight is 230lbs. I'm taking in between 1400 and 1600 calories a day and work out twice a day. One workout being 30 to 40 minute on an exercise bike and the 2nd. Being a little light lifting. What else can i do to help drop the pounds?

    Nutrition, exercise, and patience. It's a lifestyle change, and chances are you won't see the results 'overnight'. By the same token, don't compare your progress to others: a lot of factors such as age and metabolism have to be considered, and what might work for Susan or Joe might not work for you.

    Just keep at it and you'll reach your goals! In any case, do check out our blog section; we have loads of articles on good nutrition and exercise options.

    Ok so I just finished my first month on phetermine 37.5. Yesterday my doctor had to reschedule my appointment to next thursday of next week. How will this effect my progress? Will 6 days off effect me significantly? Or will it be more beneficial?
