    I usually have 1/2 cup of low fat cottage cheese and a slice of light whole wheat toast with FF spray butter. Before breakfast (which I include in my breakfast calories) I have a Grande nonfat Misto from Starbucks.

    I've also usually got about 40-60 oz of water in before lunch.

    I don't eat breakfast, but the only thing I can think of is muffins since I saw your username.

    I have 1/2 c. Total raisin bran and a banana usually, with about 4 cups of black coffee!

    When I have time to make oatmeal (I hate instant) I sweeten it with applesause and raisins or cinnamon.

    i have the same ??. i love eggs, but i am sick of them. im trying to do the low carb thing. at least for this week and then for the next 2weeks im going low carb for real. i need some ideas too.

    are you low carb?? if not, try oatmeal. i would eat the instant reg oatmeal and it boosts your metab.

    I have never been a big breakfast eater. what kinds of things do you guys recommend for breakfast?
