Jen - Your doing awesome! You look fabulous!

Tampa - I've actually seen my hubby drink those now that you mention it, maybe I'll get some! Thanks for the kido comment! They look innocent, but boy after the day I had they are lucky I don't sell them to the highest bidder

Athena - Thanks! I haven't had much luck with powders but I'm willing to give anything a shot once! I'll go check out the health food store!

I guess I could always take a multi vitamin too...I just have gotten sick from them before and so the thought of them makes me sick.

My sister does the shake thing. I can't follow through much on that. But she uses protein powder from the health food store that can be mixed with WATER (fewer calories that way). Then she adds fresh or frozen fruit and an artificial sweetner.

I've had her chocolate raspberry shake before. It was pretty good. Each shake gave her like 25 grams of protein.

I like the EAS AdvantEdge Carb Control- ready to drink Shakes...
I usually find mine at the grocery store, I've also seen them at Wal-mart. There are different flavors, choc. vanilla, strawberry. My favorites are the chocolate Fudge and the coffee capucino ones. They have 15g of protein, and 100 calories, 1g impact carbs. They come in a pack of 4..kinda pricey like 6 bucks for a pack of 4, but I absoulty love them...

i actually like chocolate protein shakes they offer a good source of protein, and vitamins. I get them from GNC and even Walmart has them in the vitamin isle.

    Question

    Hi everyone,

I'm looking for a drink/shake/bar that is very nutritious and tastes good. I HATE slim fast drinks, I want something to supplement my diet. I know that I don't get the vitamins I need throughout the day!

    Help!
