im a SAHM...i guess. i do in-home daycare, but i only have 3 babies during the day. two-3yr olds and one 5year old. i do my WATP after we all eat breakfast and i just try not to sit around. i do take rests, but not much. i have a 9year old myself. i used to have more kids so i was more active, but since school started back, they had to go to school. they come back during the summer and all of the school breaks.

Yes definatly you can. I am VERY active with my kids (3-2). We dance for an hour everyday (phil chickens there fav) . I take them out everyday. Snow,Rain (not my son but daughter loves to get in her rainboots raincoat and umbrella and splash in puddles as long as no lightning) I also scrub my floors, vaccum, washdishes. I also exersize everyday with my kids (toe touches, jumpingjacks and they have little 1lb weights) when dd was verylittle like yours i used her as my weight. I do not keep any unhealth food in my house (which is better for my kids)Oh and the one that pry burns the most cals is playing chasies (which with there energy can go on easily an hour)I also walk everywhere possible even a mile to the store sometimes 2 miles the kids love being outside and i also take them on nature walks ( in the metro parks) I lost all my pregnancy weight plus some by being VERY active and its also good cuz my kids sleep better

You definately can be a SAHM and still lose weight. I have been a SAHM since having my youngest daughter. She is 2 1/2 years old now and after having her I was at a high of 182 and my lowest was this past summer of 127. I am now at 130 and my goal is 125. I will be 40 in less than a month with 3 children. My oldest 19, 17 and 2 1/2. If I can lose my weight, you sure can.

Happy Losing and talk to you again.

Wish I was a "kid-less" stay at home mom

Before I was reluctantly recruited into the teaching profession (long day today ), I was a real estate investor and worked like 1 month a year. I lost the majority of my weight basically being at home WITHOUT chasing around a child and not a lick of exercise.....so it surely is possible. I stayed on 1200 cals. per day and it worked well.

    Much luck to you

some days are good... Some days are bad.. But I eat at night thats my prob.. I am not real hungry all day. And I east a huge dinner. Late at 9 pm.. Cause thats when Rick gets home. I make a little dinner for Aaron my son.. but I wait to eat with Rick..

I have tried not to eat a snack after Dinner. But its almost as if I still have my pregnancy habits. Last night I WANTED to eat till I got that full feeling. ... I cant wait to start Phen.

Hi! I am a stay-at-home mom too and I think my biggest challenge is staying away from the fridge! But I am doing a lot better. I have had 2 C-Sections and my little one is now 6 months old...and I feel like I never had a Section! I have a Walk Away The Pounds DVD and it takes 30 min to power walk 2 miles. I love it!

Kh2oson ...... yeah My house could use a little phen itself. :blabla: I have a 10 yr old. And My 4 month old.

As far as baby blues. Both My Dr. and My Obgyn Said its ok. I dont know. I know I had them in the begining. But I thinking that No other pill has helped.. So why would this one. Yano..what I mean. I have always maintained my weight with work... ( it was manual labor) And Now I am not working.. I just dont see it coming off. I am not the one to workout all the time, without a gym.

My Hubby is taking some too. But he ordered his online. He gained 50 lbs during my pregnancy. And still gained 15 more on top of that.. in the last 4 months.

He got promoted a Yr ago and now dont have to work near as hard. He went from working his
a s s off to doing reports and such at a desk.

Princess Ty... I think 30 Will do fine... My Dr says not to over do it. Cause I had a c-section.

I'm a stay at home mom as well. My 12 year old is in jr.high and my 3 year old is in pre-school, so that just leaves me and my 1 year old. I walk on the threadmill for an hour when he's napping it works out great for me. I don't clean though I have cleaning ladies... :blabla: Once your in the baby groove, it'll be easy to workout for more then 30 minutes hun... Congrats

LOL hey if it needs cleanin, hang away!! My hubby and the kids were a bit frightened when they got home that day. We had all but forgotten the real color of our kitchen tile!!
Did you get Phen from your Dr or online? You could maybe have a bit of the baby blues going on as well. Is this your first baby?

YES YOU CAN! I am a stay at home mom, (well i work from home too though). I have found lots of things that I have been able to turn into "working out". Play some upbeat music and dance while you vacuum, vacuum the whole house every day, I do not use the diswasher anymore either, wash by hand and wiggle while you wash!! Dust things above your head! (I had nooo idea dust could get way up there)!! instead of just mopping the kitchen floor now, I actually scrub it on hands and knees. Do you have stairs? make several trips up and down, ( I used to pile things at the bottom of the stairs during the day and try to take it all up at once later in the day), yard work is fabulous too! picking up your baby helps, and soon enough that 4 month old will be mobile, chasing after a baby is some serious excercise!
You can do it, try to look at everything you do as an opportunity! Good luck to you and Congrats on the baby!!
