The broccoli salad is always a hit. I have a great recipe if you want it. And coleslaw with lowfat mayo (EASY), I have a great recipe for it too that everyone says is amazing (it's not sweet and when they get it in their mouth they are like "dang, that's different and GOOD."

If you want HOT, do a chicken cheese broccoli and 'rice' (shredded cauliflower) casserole. It's easy too. And nobody knows that the 'rice' isn't rice until they eat it and it's so good that they don't care. lol
Wearing these white jeans today...12/28/09..but man are they TIGHT!!

Chinese chicken salad is generally a hit, but only if it will be kept inside

I make a lot of Orzo salads for company and get togethers, you can make them healthy and they usually go over well

Strawberry shortcake using angel food cake

A nice caprese salad with fresh mozz cheese, tomato, basil and olive oil

So many things. Really depends on what you like...

Thanks! The healthy trifle sounds great! You gave me some great suggestions!
