Thank u guys for all the wonderful words of encouragement, I am able to do the taebo because although I am fat as **ell I do get up and move I decided long ago not to be a couch potatoe. I work in my yard and I play a game of basket ball with my sons every friday. So I do think being somewhat active before taebo has helped.
I do the 8min taebo work out in the morning and later in the day I do taebo boot camp. The boot camp is the @$$ kicker. Losing weight for me is a big thing but I would also like to change the way my body looks so in the weeks to come I understand that I may not loose as much as I want at each weigh in but if I can see a change in my body without the weight loss I would be satisified with that.
My husband is a wonderful hubby he has never once said anything against what I look like. He always says I look great with meat on my bones but I don't feel great so that is why I am working so hard to make sure that I do.
