Thank u guys for all the wonderful words of encouragement, I am able to do the taebo because although I am fat as **ell I do get up and move I decided long ago not to be a couch potatoe. I work in my yard and I play a game of basket ball with my sons every friday. So I do think being somewhat active before taebo has helped.
I do the 8min taebo work out in the morning and later in the day I do taebo boot camp. The boot camp is the @$$ kicker. Losing weight for me is a big thing but I would also like to change the way my body looks so in the weeks to come I understand that I may not loose as much as I want at each weigh in but if I can see a change in my body without the weight loss I would be satisified with that.

My husband is a wonderful hubby he has never once said anything against what I look like. He always says I look great with meat on my bones but I don't feel great so that is why I am working so hard to make sure that I do.
Thanks again ladies for the support I need it.

    LadyDee,
You are doing great!! Do not get discouraged believe me I know it's hard. I haven't started Phen yet just waiting on my insurance card to come so i can go to the doctor's and get started because like you, I do not want my legs to get any bigger. I CANNOT AFFORD TO!!! I have to enjoy life to it's fullest we do not get a second chance at life we only have one life to live. I have been wearing my fat now for about 10 years and let me tell you, each day is a struggle with the workouts but I keep my music playing, I think positive thoughts and my goal is to be a size 6 at least for my brothers' wedding next November.

If you have digital cable and Exercise on Demand, there are several Tae Bo workouts on there, including many in the AMP'd series. They rock!!!! And they are FREE

Like Billy says "If you've got the will Tae bo's got the way!!! I am a huge fan of Billy Blanks. But, I will be your biggest fan for doing Tae Bo 7 days straight off the gate. I have read that it takes 21 days to make or break a habit. I believe you have the strength to do both. You will break the habit of being sabotaged and you will make habit of working out. Keep up!!!!! You Rock!

Taebo is that the billy banks fella? He's so darn fit I just want to smack him up a bit, but I'm sure he could pinch my pinky and bring me to my knees or something. LOL

I can't do it, not even a few minutes ... so the fact that you can ... is IMPRESSIVE! It's a hard work out. Mercy.

And also - I love your thinking about building your willpower on the side. You *KNOW* your husband and you are manipulating the situation to best suit you and again that is IMPRESSIVE.

    Keep up the good work.

That is awesome, keep up the great work!!! I'm also sorry that you aren't getting the support from your husband... I can't imagine how hard that would be. You do what YOU have to do to get this done... you sound so determined, and that's what it takes. Taebo kicks butt, and 7 days of it would have definitely kicked mine! You go girl!!!

    Smile Proud yet struggling

Whewww hello friends, For the 7th day i've finished my taebo work out and feel great. I am so proud of me. My boys tell me each day to go for it mom they see how hard I'm struggling. This is not easy for me as I'm sure all of you know. I take a look at my legs on my profile pic before I start each workout to remind myself of what I don't want to look like anymore. I have still been able to keep this whole thing hush, hush from my husband thank God but I want be for long he is to noisy. I have to build my will power up as much as possible so when he realizes I have lost some pounds it want be so easy for him to sabotage as he has done so many times before. That is when the real battle will begin.

I'v e made up in my mind that I am doing this I have to. for heaven sakes yall look at my legs! I deserve to feel good about myself. This board has been my inspiration.
