My son is going to be 6 in November and he is really tall for his age too.Everybody thinks he is 8.He is 48 inches tall(last we checked) and weighs 60 lbs.He has always been off the charts LOL.

Thanks! Glad I am not the only one with a big kid! My doctor used to be on me some about her weight, but it was not like I was constantly feeding her or giving her sweets.
She is tall and she has a bigger frame, she does not take after me! LOL! I think she is going to be taller than me by the time she is 9 or 10 probably! I am not sure who she takes after, maybe my in-laws side as my mom is short and petite.

Thanks! I do actually have one of those strollers and I have used it for walks before, but my kids are both about too big for that too! My daughter is about 42 pounds I lthink and my son is almost 30 pounds. Of course, then I also deal with my daughter whining about how she does not want to ride in it!

I used to go through the same thing with my oldest daughter. My solution was to jog at the park and when I was done, she would have play time. She can always ride her bike later. Don't feel bad either about doing something for YOU! I know how we mothers can be. Anyway, good luck. I am sure you will do fine.

    Default Wish me luck!

I am going to go for my one month weigh in today! I am hoping that they do at least give me one more month on the same dose of phen, so we'll see! According to my scale, I have lost about 13 pounds, but their scale I am sure will show less of a weight loss. I know I could have lost a little more as I have not exercise a lot, but I am still happy with what I have lost so far! I get frustrated because I would like to be able to go for longer walks (like 3 miles) and I would do okay with my son in the stroller, but then there is my daughter who is almost 4 and she likes to ride her bike and I know she would not be able to ride it as far as I would like to walk, so end up just walking around the block or something and do not feel like I am getting a good workout. I like for my daughter to get exercise too as she is not overweight, she is tall for her age, but she has always been in the high end of the charts for weight and height. She is only 3, but most people think she is 5 as she is tall and she has really thick, long hair. Anyway, I am hoping I can get someone to watch her some so I can take the baby for a longer walk, since my hubby works long hours.
