You aren't going to lose weight the way you have been going... Phen is only a small aid, you have to put in 99% of the work, and you aren't willing to do that. You hate exercising, you don't want to eat in a healthy manner, yet you continue to fill these boards asking WHY... it seems everyone except you knows why.

    I TOTALLY AGREE WITH YOU!!!!!!! I told her several days ago that she couldn't eat fast food every day and lose weight. IT'S LIKE TALKING TO A FREAKIN WALL!!!!

    Stary....that sandwich probably had more calories in it than you should have all day. You need to stop going to restaurants and start making your own food. Every day you tell us the bad things you eat and you wonder why you arent losing?
    You really need to think about what you want to do ....do you really want to lose weight. Cos from where we are sitting it doesnt look like it.....you are eating badly and not doing much exercise....and then you complain about it. Do some research yourself...teach yourself...your nutrionist gave you guidelines....stick to them!!!!
    I told you before....1000-1200 cals a DAY...not in one meal. Try to see what you are doing wrong...everyone is telling you....and start doing some things right. I know you can.

    Point being, just last week that's what you were eating. And on Tuesday you go out and eat something not healthy. It's okay to splurge in moderation, but every few days?

    The amount of carbs you ate, you might as well have eaten a cheeseburger. You probably had 700 or more calories, probably 70 or more carbs (bad carbs at that), and who knows about the fat, oh yeah, and probably 2-3 days worth of sodium, which will keep you from losing weight also. Too much for one meal, for someone trying to lose weight, and for someone confused as to why they aren't losing... and for someone that knows 15mg of phen won't work and wants more.

    You are posting the same basic thing over and over, we respond and you ignore it. You post about not losing weight and then post something like this... or mcdonalds, or cake, etc. It really just seems like you aren't even trying...that you want something for nothing, a miracle drug that will allow you to eat how you want, not exercise and still lose weight. There is no such thing...

    I have cut everything out that I have been eating.
    I haven't said anything about Fiber bars since the beging of next week.You brought up the fiber bars this week.
    Eating a club sandwitch with turkey & lettuce with a little mayo isn't that bad.

    Im not trying to me mean but I feel like you sit around and think hmmmm what can I ask today. You ask the same thing but just in a different way. And your not taking any of these great ladies advice and I really am starting to wonder why. If your really here to lose weight and to get and give support then act like it. Why would you go out and eat a BIG sandwitch like you said.You kept saying how BIG it was and then wonder why you feel like crap. Hello.... its a given dont eat crap and you wont feel like crap!!! I agree with cruisegirl1023 its like talking to a brick wall.

    Hate to say it because I am really a nice person... but it's like talking to a brick wall. I responded to this poster to a PM she sent yesterday and told her the same thing. I responded probably 20 times to a bunch of threads yesterday saying much of the same thing. And I don't think she ever goes back and reads anything, just keeps posting new threads and ignoring all the great advice from the people here. But then complains about not losing weight, being tired, Mcdonalds being fattening, etc. It's very frustrating. I'm new here, and I am pretty educated in nutrition, and I love to be able to help people, but when they consistently ignore every bit of advice, and then complain things aren't working, you just get tired of trying to help

    It's called carb crash and it comes from eating a bunch of processed carbs.. not good for you at all. Club sandwiches generally don't fit into any healthy diet plan

    Default So Tired

    I got so tired after I ate lunch today for some reason.
    For lunch I had a BIG club sandwitch it had lettuce,turkey,mayo on it.
    The resturant me & my sisters went to makes club sandwitches really BIG
    by putting alot of turkey & lettuce on them & their soo good.
    I guess I shouldn't have ate the whole club sandwitch (they were cut like triangles
    so their were 2 triangle pieces that were BIG & I ate them both.
    I also had a side of mayo which I used for the BIG club sandwitch(triangle pieces)

    It had baccon & tomatoes on it but I took them off because I dont like them.

    I think I might have gained weight today since I got full.
    I'm proud that I didn't eat any of the fries I got.

    Why I'm so tired?
