    Track your intake if you aren't. And cut out the sugar (the real sugar). Also, make sure you aren't eating too much fruit, and try to stick with lower glycemic fruits and veggies. Designer Protein is pretty cheap, and the vanilla is pretty good... You can add fruit, sugar free syrups, etc. It's low carb and has I believe 25g of protein per serving... good way to keep your cals low while getting plenty of protein.

    I try to eat veggies, fruit, salads, lean meat....I may have a little sugar during the day but not alot. For lunch I will eat a salad or South Beach meal. And I have a protein shake every other day (too expensive to have everyday). I eat maybe 4-5 times a day....

    I would take B12 and use a lot of that 700 cal on protein...

    Try adding a B complex in the morning. Also, if you can get even 15-20 minutes of exercise in the morning it will really help you. I agree, the calories may be a little low. Generally the threshold is 800 cals, but it really depends on where those calories are coming from. If you are getting most of it from lean protein and veggies, that probably isn't the cause. Are you eating those calories spread throughout the day? Are you having anything real carby at lunch? Hang in there... I would definitely add a B complex though...

    It's 700 for 2 weeks, then 1000 for the 3rd week, then back to 700....then I have my follow up appointment. The way they calculate it is protein x 4 - the calories. But I think I am still coming under 700, not on purpose. But it make sense what you are saying.... I will try to step up the food and see if that helps the energy thing. If I am burning 350 calories a night then I am only getting 350 per day....probably not good.

    I was pretty exhausted my first 2 weeks of phen too. I was eating about 1200 calories, so I can't imagine how I would have felt if I was only consuming 700 calories. Is this a diet just to kick start your weight loss? I sure hope your doctor doesn't plan for you to eat that low long term. I commend you for having the energy to work out. I wasn't able to work out the first 2 weeks either. I bet your low energy may have something to also do with the low calories you are eating.

    It almost sounds to me that you just aren't getting enough evergy with your diet. If you are taking the phen and working out every day, then 700 calories will not sustain you.
    I would recommend talking to your doctor about increasing your calorie intake if you are also going to be incorporating daily exercise.

    Default on since 7/17 and still tired

    Hello... I started taking phen on 7/17 and am following the 700cal per day diet the Dr. told me to in addition to 1 - 37.5mg of phen per day (suggested I take in as soon as I wake up). Around 2ish every day I am sooo tired. I take a multi viatimen with my lunch and exercise every evening so I can't really judge where this feeling comes from. I even try to get to bed eariler... I have lost 10.5 so I am thrilled about that, but I just hate feeling so tired. Does any one have any suggestions?? I have tried taking it with caffine and that doesn't do too much either.
