pay attention to when your TOM is that can be the culprit, it could also be water, or lack of a bowel movement... just stay on the water and it will regulate itself. Don't stress!

Stary, several have told you that you have to have protein, and that "lots of fruits" isn't necessarily good for weight loss. There were several threads yesterday that had a lot of replies... I hate to say this, but you keep complaining about not losing weight and anytime someone gives you advice, you just ignore it and keep doing the same thing "if you eat anything"? The key to weight loss is healthy balance and nutrition. Eating fruits and veggies and nothing else will only get you sick, your body REQUIRES protein, the more protein, the more weight loss basically. Your body needs alot more than just fruits and veggies, and when you do have fruits and veggies, there are some better than others. Seriously, I have seen so many people try to help you, because you seem to be very discouraged... but eventually people are going to stop wanting to help if you just ignore them

OMG!!!! I just got done texting that exact thing to my brother! LOL. After 7 days I loat 9 lbs. I was so psyched!!! Then when I weighed the next morning I had gained 6 lbs. back I thought what the....... I was so disappointed. I all but killed myself that week trying to lose the weight, and to see it come back made me wonder why I was doing this to myself. But I decided that I would at least give it a month and see the total for a month before I decide if I need to do something different. My daughter hid the scale, so I can't see if has gone back down

Def do not stress. There are so many reasons you could be 3 pounds heavier. I would skip weighing for a few days and I am sure it will be gone. The female body is so crazy..you could be retaining water. It could even be that your body is holding onto the fat you are taking in and not burning it off right away because it is starting to realize that its getting less and less. That has happened to me..it wont last long. Be patient and good luck!

It could be water weight or u said u worked out yesterday ur probably gaining some muscle and ur muscles are probably inflamed from the work out. Dont worry about it, I am sure u really didnt put on 2lbs if fat.

Don't weigh yourself everyday. Your body fluctuates. When you do weigh, do it first thing in the morning. Track your calories, eat clean, exercise and get your water in... if you do that, you should not gain weight. Measure yourself and pay more attention to that then the scales. Lastly, you lost 6 lbs in a little over a week... that's amazing!!!!

Unhappy Lost then gained back?! AHH!

HI! I'm pretty new to Phen. Thday is my 8th day on it. In the fist 7 days I lost 9 lbs! I was sooo excited! But I weighed myself this morning and I gained 3 of back! I worked out yesterday and my cals for the day were 1280.

I don't understand!!! I mean I guess I'm still at a net loss, but it's still frustrating. Has anyone else experienced this?

    Thanks!
