Stary, another thing... after your PM I read back on some of your posts. I found one where you posted the food you had eaten for the week. I know you really want more phen then you are taking, but you really have to put the work into it, and even with a higher dose of phen, if you aren't eating right, you aren't going to lose weight. You eat a TON of carbs, but it doesn't look like a lot of calories. You barely get any protein, and most of your calories are carbs/sugar. Lay off the fiber bars, except on occasion. 4 in one day is overkill, as most of these are laden with sugar. Fiber One makes a great bar, but you should eat them in moderation... several to 4 a day isn't moderation. Drop the fast food. You aren't eating nearly enough food during the day, but what you are eating, for the most part, isn't going to help you lose weight. You told someone earlier that skipping meals won't keep you from losing weight, yet you complain that you haven't lost weight and you are skipping meals. I really think that phen helps people that have a good handle on what they should and shouldn't eat... it really helps with portion control. But you really have to be sensible about eating. You said you don't like to exercise but try to walk sometimes... with eating like you have been, and not exercising regularly, no amount of phen in the world is going to help you lose weight. Your weight probably fluctuates because you go from having basically nothing but french fries one day, to 4 fiber bars and 2 tuna fish sandwiches the next, etc etc. You are all over the place and your body is probably quite confused. Since your dr wants you on 15mg for a month, try to improve your diet and increase your appetite. Maybe it will all come together for you!! I wish you good luck!!!
