My doctor gave me aloe vera pills and that helps, but I also get quite a bit of fiber during the day. I put some in every shake, and I eat broc. almost every night, and salads, etc. I try to get at least 30g per day. I don't have many issues in that area I have taken the aloe vera once and it really worked great, without cramping. As long as you are eating healthy, keeping your cals low, and exercising, you will lose weight and it won't be necessarily "stored"... BM's really aren't how you lose weight. Your fat is converted to energy, which is mainly expelled through sweat, urine, breath and yes, BM's (but not significant)... BM's are the disposal of food waste, not fat (which is what we want to lose)... just has to be done safely... those teas are scary!!
