    That's really good that you haven't gained a lot. That "family fun" can be great exercise. Just keep on keeping on.

    Default Not as bad as I thought

    So, many of you know I had to go off phen a month into it because of Dr. B... so it has been a week and a half now and I'm up a pound and 4 oz. I thought it would be worse since we have been doing a lot of "family fun" type stuff and I have been eating pretty crappy. But thankfully a lot of that family stuff involved a lot of walking too lol.
