    Try the chocolate pudding snacks that are made by Jello. They are only 60 calories and they taste great!!! It definately helps with the fixing for chocolate. Besides, they make a lot of varieites. ( rice pudding, vanilla, caramel, double chocolate, etc...) So GOOD!

    I drink 2 cups of coffee with sugar free vanilla creamer in the morning than at 10:00 I have 1 can of coke zero than I drink water alllllllll day until about 7:00 pm than I have another can of coke zero I need that caffine.......

    About 2 yrs ago, I used to drink the Fuze drinks a lot. I don't recall them ever doing anything for my appetite. I just loved the flavor of some. I never thought about mixing them with vodka. Thanks for the tip Cruisegirl. lol

    No, it has splenda (get the Fuze Slenderize flavors, all the others are WAY high in carbs and use real sugar). My favorite is the tangerine grapefruit. I use the blueberry raspberry one mixed with a little lf blueberry yogurt and some berries for a great smoothie!!

    one question....does it have aspartame in it? I'm allergic to aspartame (well, it gives me headaches) and I don't want to search for it if it does.

    Nope, I haven't had a soda since the end of February. I drink water, skim milk, tea and coffee sweetened with Splenda.

    Carbs/sugar can definitely lead to more carb/sugar cravings. I haven't had that with fuze, or diet soda come to think of it. However, for some people, just tasting something that is artificially sweetened , or sweetened with juice, can set off the same reaction in the body. I only drink 1/2 a bottle of the Fuze probably 1-2 times a week in a smoothie, or as a juice with breakfast, I think it is fine in moderation but if you have a sensitivity to sweeteners, you may trigger cravings.

    Fuze is a little different from soda... it has L carnitine, citrimax, chromium and vitamin c in it. It has 10 cals and 2 carbs per serving. It is one of the things listed as an "okay" at our clinic. It's a nice treat when you want juice, or something different than water. It's also good mixed with a little vodka I'm not big on sodas, but sometimes I crave orange juice, or some other carby juice and this is a nice alternative. It gives me a little boost of energy which is nice

    I drink Pepsi(regular) with dinner, otherwise I drink Iced Tea all day. Snack food--I still eat what I want, just a lot smaller portion. During the day I try to eat only watermelon/strawberries/grapes/cantaloupe/yogurt so I can still eat a normal dinner.

    I had no idea it lead to sugar cravings?! Maybe thats why I crave sweets a lot of the time. THANKS for the info!

    I cheat once in a while and have a soda, but other than that, no. Because one leads to 2 and more and more and soon I will be back up to my 12 pack a day addiction. And not only do I hate diet, but it's really bad for you. They say it leads to sugar cravings too. And I feel soooo bloated drinking it. And I don't need the extra pounds from bloat lmao.

    I don't think they're very new, unless I'm thinking of something else. I think my husband used to drink them a year or so ago. I haven't tried them though...anything other than water or coffee tend to send me back to soda.

    I was hooked on Fuze for a while. I wasn't losing weight, so I switched to just water and started losing. I do miss them, though.

    I only drink water.They have 90 calorie granola bars,cookies and puddings that are good.

    I love them... well, most of the flavors. I love the grapefruit blend. The entire bottle is 2 servings, I generally use them for my smoothies, it makes them SO good!

    I don't get a lot of cravings anymore, but I will snack on berries, or skinny cow, or low carb/lowfat ice creams... peanut butter and dark chocolate, meringues, SF popsicles, low sugar pudding or jello. Plenty of things... My favorite "treat" is vanilla protein powder mixed with diet root beer... YUMMY!!

    Have any of yall tried the new drink Fuze? I found them at my local wal mart. They are pretty good and only have 10 calories!!! Im a big sweets fan, what are somethings you all usually eat to satisfy the craving? Any suggestions?? Im getting tired of snacking on dry cereal !
