Good for u! I know how hard it is to resist delicious food,especially on Sundays. I'm from the South and we use to live for Sunday dinners at my Grandma's house,with all the yummy fattening foods.
I still do my soul food on some Sundays,but have just learned how to do it without all the added fat. Still tastes great
And greens are good for you if you don't add too much of the extra stuff. I was surprised,but the calories are actually very low.
