I normally dont respond and just read all the posts trying to get as much info as I can since Im pretty new around here. I can not keep my mouth shut this time!! You need to stop focusing on what dose everyone eles is taking and saying all the negative things that you are saying in your posts.
Im not trying to mean at all but being negative is only going to make you fail in your weightloss journey. In chat you always say why is everyone taking a higher dose then me. If your not happy with your dose then make a app with your Dr talk to them about it and have them raise your dose or something. Focusing on the fact that yours is only 15 and someone eles is higher what good is that doing you? Weight loss is about YOU and YOU only everyone on this site will have a differnt success and differnt failures.
You post things during the day saying your dose is to low or you cant eat fast food ect.. You have to want this no matter how low or high your phen dosage is. You say in chat everytime Im in there about your dosage and why is it so low. We are all here for the same reason so Im by far not trying to mean. But if your not happy with what the Dr gave you then call your Dr. Or try the best you can at your 15mg for the month and stop worring about what everyone else is taking. Worry about YOU!!! You are the only person who can make yourself a success!!!!!!

I agree with everyone else. YOU. You are all that matters. I think you should stick it out the whole month with your 15 mg. When you go to the doc...talk to her ask some questions (write them down) and she'll decide if you should be upped.
Now not everyone is taking 30 or 37.5. I have the 37.5 pills...but i only take half. So that is only 18.75. Not that much higher than you!

She's right...don't worry about everyone else's dosage/weight loss/etc. You are your own person and will lose weight the way your body wants to lose it. No two people are alike and to compare yourself to anyone else is a waste of time.
I don't follow what everyone else does to lose weight because it doesn't work for me. You have to find what works for you....Good Luck!

You shouldnt feel left out...I am on 30mg but I actually have not taken any pills for almost 6 weeks so technically I am not even on it.....I just post and do not worry about what "dose" everyone else is on. Focus on YOUR weight loss and support others in their journey that is what we are all here for.
It takes time to put the weight on, it will take time to take it off again....just keep working at it.
