Applebee's also has a carb smart/Weight Watcher section in their menu. I'm very proud of the restaurants putting this stuff as part of their meals, because I'm damn tired of lettuce and freaking chicken breasts!

Thanks for the tips! Also, for breakfast my doc said you can grab a egg, ham and cheese on an english muffin at Dunkin Donuts or McDonalds and that was under 400 cals. And with the protein it keeps you feeling full a while!

2 Slices Hand Tossed Ham and Pineapple Pizza with Water or Diet Soda 400 calories
Wendy's Junior Hamburger with side salad w/fat free dressing. Milk or water 444 calories
Burger King Fish Filet Sandwich without tartar sauce, side garden salad with fat free dressing and water or diet soda 380 calories
McDonald's Chicken McGrill Sandwich without mayonnaise, side salad, newman's own low fat balsamic vinaigrette dressing (/2 pkg) and water or diet soda 390 calories
Subway 6 inch roast beef sub with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, green peppers, olives, pickles and 2 tablespoons of light mayonnaise, water or diet soda 380 calories
Olive Garden linguini alla marinara, side salad with low fat dressing, water or diet soda 376 calories
Ruby Tuesday's petite sirloin with 2 oz bbq sauce, steamed broccoli w/o buttery sauce, water or diet soda 400 calories
Eliminating the hidden fats found in sauces, gravies, cheeses, etc. with help out. Always ask for your dressings on the side and go for the steamed or fresh veggies. Take your time and enjoy your food, using lunch as a time of rejuvenation and relaxations.
