    I saw the author on the Today show a few months back. He had a page on the Mens Health website so I took a look. It was really a eye opener! I'll have to get the book. I couldn't believe how many cals I was eating at restaurants and I thought I was eating healthy!!!

    WOW that eat this not that game was really hard to choose the right one on a few. I scored 315 and got 7 out of 11 right.
