I've noticed mine sometimes says the same thing as my doctor office scale....sometimes it's different. The difference is always around 4-5 lbs. I think I need to get a new scale.
    07/21/10 - 247 lbs
    06-14-2010 - 256Lbs
    1st doc visit 06-17-10: 253
MiniGoal: By August 21, 12 more pounds
    1 month goal: 235 by August 21

    Default The Scale

Ok so I went to the nutritionist today & we talked about what I should be eating & she weighed me on her scale it said that I was 187 I had my sweater jacket on when she was weighing me. When I got home I had to pee so I did & than I got on the scale that I have at home without my sweater jacket on & it said 184 so than I went in the other room to put on my sweater jacket on & went to weigh myself again this time with it on it said 185. So I don't know why her scale was different than mine but I'm pretty sure that mine is right because whenever I go to the doctor & get weighed & I come home & weigh myself on mine it always says the same as the doctors scale.
Hmm... Does anyone know why the nutritionist scale is differen't than mine?
What scale should I go by? I think I should go by mine because it's always the same as the doctor's scale.
