I lost 6 pounds the first week I was on Phen. After that first week I didn't lose anything even though I was exercising and eating right. I was very frustrated that it was not working for me, but I was determined not to quit.

Last week was my 4th week and all of a sudden the scale started moving! I've lost a little over 5 lbs since then.

    Hang in there!

I haven't lost any weight yet so your lucky to have just lost 5 pounds so far.
Keep trying & Good luck. Remember fast food places are bad for you their food has way too many calories it's like you can't even get food at a fast food place if your trying to lose weight it's horrible.

Well, I'm not throwing in the towel yet.....I'm just ill about my lack of progress. And I'm freaking just a little because I know I have 2 very challenging weeks ahead of me. We leave in the morning for a long weekend at the beach. There are bound to be temptations (in the form of fried shrimp). I guess I'm just going to have to walk miles and miles on the beach. And then next weekend I have to fly to Dallas for 3 days. There again, restaurants every night and lunches catered in every day (it's a board of directors meeting). I've got to come up with a plan of action for staying my course and not caving to temptation. The biggest challenge in Dallas is going to be the nightly cocktails. We tend to go out as a group and blow off steam after being shut up in a board room all day. I could easlily consume my days calories in vodka.

remember you still average 5lbs for the 2 weeks and you don't have alot to lose. The less you have the slower it is to come off. Also remember that scales fluxuated from day to day too. Also if you work out, remember muscle weighs more than fat. Keep up the work and remember you haven't gained anything still 5lbs down

Are your scales at home? Try weighing yourself every day. I know some people say not to, but I find that it helps me to stay on track and make better decisions for the day if I weigh myself even a few times a day. Just keep it up- at least you haven't gained!

I think I will start getting on the scales every day. I was trying to NOT do that this time since I can be a little scale obsessive (especially when it really gets to moving). But, hey..maybe a little obsession is good in this regard. Thanks for the suggestion.

Angry OMG! I am NOT happy.

Today marks the end of my second week on Phen. I was so excited about weighing in this morning! Last week I had lost 5 pounds. I just knew I had lost that much more. So, I just stepped on the scales... I've lost NOTHING this week. NOTHING. WTF??? Now, I will admit that we were out of town last weekend and I ate at a few restaurants and probably ate things I shouldn't have. But, I've been so good since then. Matter of fact, a couple of days this week I have MADE myself eat because it would get over to late afternoon and I would realize that I had only consumed about 400 calories for the day. I'm drinking my water. I've stayed away from the sodium. I'm pissed. I was hoping for somewhere between 8 and 10 pounds lost by my 2 week mark. It's way too early in this game to just stop losing!!!
