I had the same exact issue and even posted about it a few weeks ago. I started working out/cutting calories on May 28. Measured myself around the same time. I think I had lost maybe 15 pounds or so and the only inches that I lost (minimal) were in my stomach area. Everything else was the same. When I asked one of the personal trainers at the gym about it, she said my body just has to catch up, and the inches will come off soon. Woke up this morning and some inches have disappeared (see my Wow, finally lost inches thread). So just hang in there! One day soon you'll measure and be wowed about your inches lost!
