Exercise will help, but if there is a lot of weight to lose, there is going to be some loose skin. The older you are the more difficult it is for the skin to go back. It is still better to be healthy. I am amazed and so proud of the guy on utube. What scares me is, the surgery has some major risks. I hope it all turns out good for him. He certainly deserves it.

Insearchofme is right. The best way to avoid sagging skin is to condition it with exercise so your body is on board with your diet. You also have to lose weight SLOWLY. Your body is amazing. If you work out and gain muscle as you lose, your body will begin to work out the issues with most flab.

You HAVE to work out. You have to include weight training in your regimen cardio alone will not do it.
