    ya, it has to be a life style change, thats for sure. lol.

    Ya never thought of it, but it kind of is just like that. Specially if you join a challange. I am joining my first one and very excited about it.

    7/13-First Weigh in- 256
    7/18- Excately 1 week on Phen- 250
    7/25-2 weeks on Phen-245
    8/4- Sq Cleanse- 241
    8/8- 238

    8/26-230
    ALL I WANT FOR CHRISTMAS

    WEEK 3

    WATER - 540 oz

    I thank you ladies, I did this 4 years ago and lost 30lbs, I took advantage of the fact that i was young, thought my metablaism wouldnt catch up..so now I am going to do it right and make eating good our families life style.
    I will definitly keep in touch
    in a way this is like a weekly weigh in for weight watchers,,,

    congratulations and welcome.....you are taking a very i mportant first step on the way to a healthier you! The WW program is a very sound diet....I'm a lifetime member and although I don't follow the program anymore it taught me alot about nutrition. I had the best leader, I think that helps alot. It also is good to have to answer to their scale every week, the added pressure was the fire under my butt that I needed.

    Remember to drink alot of water and try and incorporate some exercise into your schedule. It really does make a difference!

    You are young and that is definitely a plus on your side. I had my first baby at 28 and managed to get all the weight off afterwards..it was much easier than trying to lose weight now......if you make eating right and exercise part of your lifestyle now then you will have it alot easier when you reach your forties......

    Talking Starting my 1st day today

    Hi Everyone, Just found this board 3 days ago, thankfully someone answered my prayers and gave me information on a local dr. Well I went yesterday and got a script
    So today is the first day of my weight change

    I am 28 and weigh 170 (I weighed 168 the day I went into labor with my son)
    My goal is 135, I would love to be 125 overall and elly babysteps.I am having surgery in Sept and would like to drop 20lbs by then. I know I can do it. I think I will do phen combined with WW diet.
