    You have no idea how good it would feel to run 5 miles!! I get runners high just from my little 1/4 mile, I can't imagine the smile on my face at 5!! Thanks for the words of encouragment guys. I'm hoping this "mountain" will last a long time before I go through my next "valley", but I can feel TOM coming, so we'll see!

    Running is the best way I have found to reshape my body and watch the pounds fall off! I actually haven't weighed myself since the third day on Phen and I am already down one dress size. I have been running 1 mile and walking 3 to 4 on the weekends and doing Pilates every evening during the week.

    Keep at it and you will be absolutely amazed at what it does for you. The runner's high is awesome too...:blabla:

    Country I'm so proud of you, but what's more important is you are proud of you! Congrats on all the hard work! It is possible to lose without Phen and hitting those little milestones should make you feel so accomplished! Good for you, girl!

    Default Lots of things to get off my chest...

    Ok, so you guys can see from my siggy that my scale has been "broke" for about three weeks. I totally hit 180 by June 30, ran out of phen, and ran into lots of excuses for falling off. I gained back up to 184 these past weeks and the d*mn thing just would not budge! I went two weeks without phen, but made myself a promise that I would lose those 4 lbs on my own before I started my phen back so I had to do something for myself. Today is the day... scale said 180 when I woke up!
    I've been working really hard these last two weeks too since I started writing in that "Ultimate Work Out Log". I've never in my life jogged/run for exercise, but I always wanted to. My life long goal has been to be able to jog/run for a mile or longer, but I've never even started training my body for it. I've been going to the training center every morning before work and walk a mile most days for cardio, this week I started jogging for as long as I could. I can barely make it 1/4 mile right now, but I gotta start somewhere... and the important thing is, I've started!

    I'm very proud of myself right now, and I'm back on a mountain as far as my mood and motivation. You guys have never failed to pick me up when I was down, and I know I wouldn't have made this much progress without you guys. Thank you so much.
