Mandagrl1 I'm glad you're feeling better. Don't beat yourself up about eating candy, chocolate is good for you. LOL I sometimes have cravings for "bad" food but I never deprive myself of them. You have done great losing 40lbs so I don't think a few M&Ms will do that much damage. Pick a day every two weeks that you give yourself a special treat and then work your butt off in water aerobics!! Keep up the good work hon!
