my dosage is 37.5mg and i do low calories i know some may fuss but i try not to go over 1000 but i also keep track of my fat grams and sodium and fiber as well. its the plan that my dr gave me. i exercise everyday on my gazelle edge and i drink at least 64oz of water everyday. NOTHING BUT WATER! i also take a womens one a day. its hard but i wanna lost lost a total of 20 lbs by the 31st so thats 9 days to lose 7 lbs and i want it bad so that keeps me going! i ddont know why but it jus popped in my head a few days ago that when i weight myself on the 31st i wanna see 212! today i weighted my self and for the first time in 6 years im under 220.....im 219 so this kept me on track allday!!!! i even tried the diet called the fat smash the a fellow phenster gave to me to help!!!
