my 5 yr old just started riding and he still has training wheels. I bet we look a sight going down the road together! He's my favorite riding and walking buddy. I can actually keep up with him my husband is 6'4" and Im only 5'4" so he naturally walks faster than me. And you know a 5 yr old is not going to let you miss a day!

Yes, wellbutrin is supposed to work also for the phen pro. I hear you on the bike trailer thing. I love going for bike rides but my two (4 & 1) are about that weight together and man, it's so hard!! The first time this summer I did a trip around my small neighborhood and I was done! My thighs burn!!! My 4 year old does not have any interest in learning how to ride an actual bike right now. I think he's scared of tipping over, even with training wheels.

My 5 yr old isn't the best at riding his bike yet, the other day he stopped right in the middle of the slope of a hill in a grocery store parking lot. After I got him going I couldnt get my bike and trailer up that hill to save my life! I have to get my bike up to speed first. That wouldn't be so bad except every one in the parking lot was watching and throughly amused!lol

Five kids?!!! shew,, three is plenty for me. I don't know how you do it. I hope I can lose it this time. I just weaned my daughter. ( she's 11 mo) That really helps me lose. I know youre suppossed to lose while you nurse but somehow I always gain. I weighed 35 lbs heavier than i did pregnant! That bike trailer is VERY hard to pull my two youngest weigh 65lbs together! and our neighborhood is very hilly. (ok I admit it sometimes i do have to walk my bike up the hills)lol

Hello and Welcome to the forum!

I think your user name is very clever. You've been sucessful in your other Phentrips - so now you are a pro and will knock off that extra babyweight in no time.

And KUDOS for being able to pull the bike trailer - that takes muscle, I pull my boys in a wagon sometimes and it's all I can do. ::: whew :::

Yeah, it could be the kids too. Last time I only had one, my daughter, and now I am a foster parent and I have 5 kids!

Thanks. I'm not feeling as dedicated this time either. It's alot harder now with three kids, maybe when school starts i'll find what i did with exercise dvd's I hid when I was pregnant.

Welcome, and good luck to you! This is my third trip too, but I'm not doing so well this time. Mainly, number one, because I'm not as dedicated as I previously was and, number two, I'm not taking phen on a regular basis. Good luck to you though.

Last time I worked my booty off (literally i guess) lol I did a workout dvd during my kids nap time, or/and did weights on an exercise ball. During the evenings I did a 2-4 mile walk with my family. Plus i did atkins, it helps me not to binge on sugar . I love my chocolate! Now I'm going on bike rides with my oldest son, sometimes putting the youngest two in a bike trailer and taking them along. Or we walk in the neighbor hood. And my favorite is sit on an exercise ball every chance you can. I bounce on it while pages are down loading. Sometimes with a child in my lap ( 24-50lbs) It really works your core.

Default Hello! I love my Phen!

Hi! I wanted to introduce myself. This is my third day on Phen, and 9lbs GONE! Isn't it amazing? This is actually my 3rd trip down Phen lane.(after each child). Last time I lost 60 lbs in about 3 months. I'm hoping for similar results this time. This time I'm taking it with Wellbutrin. Does anyone know if that is like phen-pro? I'm also following the Atkins diet. (When i have the urge to eat)lol Can't wait to meet you guys! Love to hear any advice or comments you might have.
