I'm new, How do I get the most out of my Phentermine?

    I was advised to up protein and lower carbs,,,drink plenty of water (that is the key) 64 oz the least! Workin gout at least 30 min a day ,,I choose to walk with Leslie Sansone..I myself have been in the process of moving so I have been a little stress and have not followed the plan consistently but whan I did I lost weight pretty good! But there are many here that would have better ideas than me or should I say additional info because I am rather new myself! Oh yeah even if you are not hungry try to get in at least 3 meals and six snack,,definitely protein and fiber,,,basically if you have lost 123 (by the way congrats) due to healthy eating I could say continue to follow that plan and you should see maximum results! This info is based on what I have read and have seen as far as results in the other members.... goodluck on yuour journey and keep us posted!

    hi, just drink lots of water and follow a healthy diet, I'm on a low carb high protein, but everyone is different, just eat healthy, remember to eat and exercise if you can.
    I don't know how bad your injury is but just walking Is good. There is alot more specific info on the forum, just read old posts and you can search through the posts too. Good luck to you.
    I'm pretty new to this too but since I'm lazy I eat protein low carb shakes as a meal replacement which makes sticking to a diet alot easier for me.



    I think i lost my mind struggling to loose my extra weight.

    Default I'm new, How do I get the most out of my Phentermine?

    I'm new to this, I was using healthy diet and exercise to lose weight (i'm down 123 pounds) I injured my back, and in order to help me continue to lose weight during the healing period with my back he placed me on phentermine. What I want to know is how I can make the most of this while I am on it. Any ideas or thoughts are appreciated!
