I was advised to up protein and lower carbs,,,drink plenty of water (that is the key) 64 oz the least! Workin gout at least 30 min a day ,,I choose to walk with Leslie Sansone..I myself have been in the process of moving so I have been a little stress and have not followed the plan consistently but whan I did I lost weight pretty good! But there are many here that would have better ideas than me or should I say additional info because I am rather new myself! Oh yeah even if you are not hungry try to get in at least 3 meals and six snack,,definitely protein and fiber,,,basically if you have lost 123 (by the way congrats) due to healthy eating I could say continue to follow that plan and you should see maximum results!
