Phen doesn't seem to help me...please read!

    Thanks for all the great advice everyone! I realize that I don't have a lot to lose but it is just so darn hard! My normal weight is about 135-140 and these 10-15 pounds just seem to have come on overnight! I hate that nothing fits and I always feel bloated and miserable!

    I do think the heavy cardio is a great idea! I will definitely try doing more of that and see waht happens. In the meantime, wish me luck cutting my portions and staying focused!!!

    Before I had my daughter 2 yrs ago I weighed the exact same as you and I was at that weight for over ten years.....well, I was able to get down to 140lbs and the way I did that......and it only took MAYBE two weeks.....I cut my portions of my meals down and I went to an hour of cardio kickboxing (really sweating) 3 times a week for like two weeks and I went from 150 to 140 quickly.....I don't think you need phen at all honestly......you can totally do it on your own at the weight you are at!!! I think if you really hit it hard with cardio class at least 3 times a week if your schedule allows and eat super healthy and small meals those extra pounds will be gone in no time!

    yea I dont care if I only lose a few pounds. I just need to lose some weight before going back to the dr in a month.Maybe it takes awhile for your body to get used to it? I just took mine today & I haven't really noticed anything differen't.Hoepfully it will change.

    113-149 is the ideal weight for someone 5'5. Please don't take this as me saying you don't need to lose weight everyone is different and only you know what weight you feel best at. That being said you may be having so much trouble loosing because your boby is at a healthy weight, or the less weight you have to lose the harder it is. They say the last 10 are a b***h.

    Give it at least a month and don't weigh yourself in that time! See what happens - you may be pleasently surprised! Good luck. It has been rather slow for me as well, but I'll take anything at this point!

    Im sorry to hear that hun keep trying your best it has to work I just started it but im at the lowest dose so I dont know how well it will go keep trying u can do it

    Unhappy Phen doesn't seem to help me...please read!

    This will be my second time trying Phen. I have a ton of friends who have lost with it but it just doesn't seem to help me for some reason. I have been on it this time for a week and have lost zero pounds. I don't feel as if I've been eating nearly as much and I have been exercising....not as much as I should! Regardless, did anyone else feel like it took longer for them to see results or does this just not work for some? I'm feeling extreeeeeeeemly frustrated!
