Thanks for all the great advice everyone! I realize that I don't have a lot to lose but it is just so darn hard! My normal weight is about 135-140 and these 10-15 pounds just seem to have come on overnight! I hate that nothing fits and I always feel bloated and miserable!
I do think the heavy cardio is a great idea! I will definitely try doing more of that and see waht happens. In the meantime, wish me luck cutting my portions and staying focused!!!
