I go in for my first weigh in on 7/30 and I am hoping that they will give me another refill, but I am not sure what they will say, I guess it depends on how much more I lose between now and then, but I think my ideal weight is under 150 for my height (and bmi). I am about 5'5" tall.
I'm 5'3" but I get fat in places that aren't very easy to hide!

Congrat on your weight loss!!!! One thing I have heard and has been successful inthe past is increasing your workouts by 10% every two weeks and decreasing calories as you lose. For example if you are running 30 minutes increase to 33 and if you eat 1500 calories go down to 1400. Also they say start a new workout regiments like if you walk run if you run start spinning. I think the theory is to shock your system. You are doing a great job. Keep up the good work.

Yes you can do this!!! We were just talking about how we hadn't seen you in a lil bit in chat last night!

26 lbs is super awesome!! The next 24 lbs should just breeze on by and you'll be at your goal in no time!!

Thumbs up No turning back now!

So when I started this weight loss journey I had no idea how many ups and downs there would be and how many things I would learn about myself along the way.

So far I've lost 26 pounds and I just can't believe it! I am so excited and I still look in the mirror and see a fat girl that needs a lot of work. I feel better and I feel my old confidence coming out again. I think the best part is that I know I can do this and I am going to see this through. I have 24 more pounds to lose and there is no way that I am giving up now. I can do this and I am doing this! It's such a good feeling to do something that you never thought you could do.

Thanks to all of you for being so supportive!
