    7/17/08 - 189 lbs (not bad since i didnt do any exercise)

    I started phen 07/11 along with a b-12 shot and water pills.I weighed in at the doctor 222lbs which matched the scale at work. When I weighed myself Tuesday 07/15 I was at 211, the next day 210.5, got back on the scale Friday 07/18 and was up to 212.5. I just wanted to see how it was working the first week and I'm not sure how I jumped from 210.5, 211, to 212.5. I didn't do much of anything different with my eating habits and I exercised maybe twice last week. Has this ever happened to anyone? Does anyone take the b-12 shots along with a water pill with the phen?????????


    SW-07-11 222lbs
    CW-07-19 212.5lbs based on the scale yesterday
    Ideal Weight- 165-170lbs by 12/11/08

    1st Mini Goal- 200lbs by 08/11/08
    2nd Mini Goal-180lbs by 09/11/08
    Reach Ideal Weight- 165-170 by 12/11/08

    Default 10 lbs Lighter and Lesser Inches

    Hi everyone, I have been reading most of the success weight loss stories in this forum for the past week. I think I am kind of obsessed of this web site. I started taking phen on 07/12/2008 a week later I lost 10 lbs and several inches. my clothes feel looser on me. I am extremely excited I am looking forward to the next couple of weeks. Thank you all for sharing your success.

    Ideal Weight Goal- 140lbs 12/01/2008

    1st Mini Goal- Lose 12lbs 09/28/2008
    2nd Mini Goal- Lose 12lbs 10/28/2008
    3rd Mini Goal- Lose 12lbs 11/28/2008
    4th Mini Goal- Lose 12lbs 12/28/2008

    No fried food, No rice, No bread, No sweets, No soft drinks

    Exercise 5 times a week
