I would cut out refined sugar and other carbs in my diet, stick to lean proteins and green veggies. Also watch your sodium intake by staying away from processed foods, even the diet ones. Drink your weight in ounces of water. Whatever your doing for excercise, change it or increase the intensity. Give it a week and I am sure you will see some weight loss.

for real....i'm smaller and my body fights for every ounce......I thought i was going to lose ten lbs in a week, well it took months.
sorry phen didnt work for you. at 150 and wanting to get down to 130 you're not going to see dramatic numbers as someone who was 250. so in my opinion 5 lbs so far is good... its better than 5 lbs gained

well i heard that there is a percentage of people that phen just doens't work for......I didn't believe that to be true but if what you say is accurate then maybe it is....sorry you are having such a hard time on it. what kind of phen were you taking and what milligram?
I did it!! Reached goal and have been here for quite a while thanks to low carb eating and working out like crazy! Phen didn't work for me, but that isn't to say that there aren't other ways. God bless all of you!

Hi! Have you tried increasing the intensity of your work-outs? What is your daily calorie goal? I think you need to switch up and try some new things to jumpstart your weightloss again. You can do it!

I lost 5 pounds in the first month. I've never missed a dose, exercised, (no weight lifting, just cardio), and counted calories. I haven't lost any more weight. I am frustrated for having spent so much money and not getting any results.![]()
