    I did work out, I walked about 3 miles on 5 of the 7 days and I also did some weight lifting. Like I said before I was not really that hungry, I still ate what was being served just much smaller potions. I would recommend drinking lots water, I try to drink about 100oz a day.

    wow 5 pounds, good for you that is very motivating!
    so did you just take the phen and no diet change or exercise and still lost 5? wow, good for you!

    i started to on phenD today, plus walked 3 miles and ate maybe 340 calories all day....

    plus-this forum is great- it keeps my mind off eating!



    I think i lost my mind struggling to loose my extra weight.

    Default Week 1

    1st week has come and gone and so has 5 pounds!! These next couple of weeks I plan on ramping up the exercise and maybe cutting out the carbs. The hardest part of the week was eating, I was just not that hungry. I am hoping to lose another 5-10 bounds by August 1st and I would like to lose 20-25lbs overall during the first month. Everyone here is so nice and motivating I am really glad that I have found such an awesome place for support .
