    My Doc stuck me on a 5% ONLY Carb thing. Talk about really hard in the beginning coming from a Large Mexican family. The last time I had a burrito with rice and beans was last year, or a McDonalds Hamburger and I LOVE there fries!!
    I really have to check and read the labels now when I’m in the store. But I have to just say to myself that I’m eating better, and this will help me live longer.

    I eat about 20 carbs a day and that works for me I have seen about a pound a day sisnce I started the low carb diet. Choose lean proteins and lots of dark green veggies. Try to stay away from the fat in cheese (my weakness) and fatty meats. Drink lots of water and exercise.

    Heck I have no clue, I don't count carbs...

    I eat very little of them I know that!

    I'm doing very low carb and calories cycling....

    Phen free for 1 year, down 42, and have maintained it almost a year now.

    Need to lose another 42 and I'll be done....

    Eat no carbs equals have no appetite (for me anyways).

    I'm just not good a counting calories, carbs, fat whatever...
    That will never fit into my lifestyle, and this is a change in lifestyle for me.

    Permanent weight loss...

    low carbing is staying between 25-50... and the results depend on the person. but if you are truly doing low carb you should really start to see results soon as long as your not cheating

    hey yall-

    officially started low carbing on monday. jw, how many carbs do yall eat generally? not in the induction phase, but on your everyday low carb living days. im staying under 40ish... but idk if thats right. i dont think ive lost any weight really,maybe a pound or so, but i def. lost about 3/4 to an inch on my waist... sooo...

    also, howlong does it take generally to see weight loss after starting?
