    thank you guys soooooo much for replying (; i cant tell you how grateful i am for the advice, all of you sound so determined and really on track, I am determined to make this work for me, and the relpies you guys wrote only help me even more =] Lester011 I really have to agree with you these boards are so motivating!

    1. which mg of phen. are you on? 37.5

    2. how many times a week do you workout & for how long? I only workout one day and that is Saturday. I do a 5 mile bike ride along the coast.

    3. how soon do results come? They were really fast in the begaining but now they are coming slower the closer I get to my goal.

    4. how much is it that i have to eat to lose? (i havent had the urge to eat so i've skipped dinner so wrong i know)
    Its not how much its what you eat.

    5. What encourages you to diet and workout?
    I would have to say this board.

    Well, at least you skipped dinner and not breakfast. It's actually more helpful for our bodies if we eat the bulk of our food earlier in the day because our metabolism slows down later in the day. But there's definitely something to that eating something every few hours.

    1. I am on 37.5
    2. I only worked out3 times a week until I got sick and had to take steriods, now it is everyday.
    3. If you are serious and make wise choices then the results will come quicker. Sometimes the scale stays the same but you are losing inches. You need to measure for your peace of mind.
    4. you have to have at least 1200 calories so that your body won't go into starvation mode.
    5. I was tired of working out and eating right and nothing was changing. I was at my weight for 10 years. Finally, I talked to my dr about it. Now I am like I used to be energy wise and just knowing that I am eating healthier makes me go on. Also, I never had to read food labels as my mom is a tiny little thing (never hit 120 even preggo). I want my kids to be able to know what they are putting in their mouth and what serving sizes are.

    1.I was on 15mg until Monday I upped myself to 30mg
    2. I try to do some type of movements everyday I do more formalized workouts 4x a week but I clean and do activities throughout the week.
    3. I always lose really fast with in the first couple of days I could drop 10lbs. I am a big girl and typically when I get back on I have been eating HORRIBLY immediately prior.
    4. I am not much for monitoring calories I do portion control meals every 3-4 hours and I try to not eat after 8:30 and if I do it is pickles, light popcorn, fruit, 100 calorie snack . You get the idea
    5. My main motivation is my daughter. Yeah the compliments and look better is a big plus. But I refuse to endanger my health and jeorpardize being able to be alive for her as long as I can. I want to be a healthy role model for her and let her know Mommy will do anything for her. That means letting go Haggen Daz so be it (SMILE)

    1st Weigh-in 6/18: 262
    2nd Weigh-in 7/15: 249
    7/25: 244
    Regained all weight plus some
    01/05 265
    01/10 255

    1st Mini goal: 2/05 235

    Ultimate goal : 210-215 by 05/15 Grad School Graduation!!!!

    Goals subject to change based on how I look and feel as I lose weight.

    Wink motivation & questions


    So i just began taking phen. 2 days ago [today makes it day #3]
    and i have been on this forum like non-stop reading post and success stories [ i want so badly to be one of those successes =] I am on the 37.5's and have yet to hit the gym but as of next monday i will be doing boxing classes about 3 times a week, i always start a diet [lifestyle change] full speed then eventually breakdown because of the lack of results I DO NOT WANT TO STAND IN MY OWN WAY AGAIN [words of motivation would be great =] so i have a few questions & i would really appriciate the answers thanks!

    1. which mg of phen. are you on?
