1. I use The Firm fitness dvds and the TransFIRMer. I also ride my bike pulling 2 of my kids in the bike trailor (the kids total an extra 90 pounds, not includig the trailor).
2. I use my dvds 2 days in a row then rest a day. On rest days I do some sort of cardio activity that does not involve weights.
3. At least 55 minutes.
