    But the fabulous is that its WATERmelon! They now have those canned fruits in 100 calorie sizes too!!!!

    All fruit has sugar in it. It's a form of sugar called fructose. The difference between fruit and other junk food is that fruit also has tons of vitamins and fiber in it, so its good for you. Fruit, watermelon especially, also has a very high water content. Junk food is highly processed and rarely contains many vitamins, fiber, or water.

    i loooove watermelon. i can eat a TON of it and still be lighter the next day.

    NOT 100% SURE. BUT I CAN SAY THIS. MY DR. HAS ME ON A NO SUGAR NO CARBS DIET AND HAS INSTRUCTED ME THAT I CAN EAT AS MUCH WATERMELON AS I WANT. IF IT DOES..WHICH IT MIGHT..I BELIEVE THE WATER CONTENT OUT WEIGHT THE SUGAR.
