I did this whole stall thing not that long ago. I was working out everyday and eating right. The things that helped me get over it was, adding more fruits and vegetables along with my lean protein, drinking water until I thought I would bust, and completely cutting all salts out. So far so good. I was stuck at 182 and that was a little over 2 weeks ago. By following those things, I was able to get down 6 pounds in 2 weeks. Hope you get this figured out. It can be real frustrating when you think you are doing everything right.
