I Think every doctor makes their own determination of what bp is right. I suffered from high blood pressure in my early 20s. Just 20 minutes of walking a day and adding fiber to my diet brought it down dramatically in a matter of weeks. Good luck to you!

Default What blood pressure is too high to take Phen?

Hi, I just joined so I hope I am posting this in the right area...I have recently gained weight, about 25-30 lbs. My blood pressure has gone up as well. I have virtually cut out adding salt to my food (which was hard as I love salt). My BP is approx 137/98. How high is too high to be too dangerous to take Phen? I know if I just lose 10+ lbs, my blood pressure will drop.
