If you're sticking to the low carb diet....I don't think the problem is the pill. How many carbs are you eating a day? I know I do pretty well if I STICK to a low carb diet. My niece didn't lose at all (in fact I think she gained) on low carb. She did really well on weight watchers. I think maybe you need to look at your diet and see if there's something that works better for you. I know ediets.com used to have a quiz you could take to tell you which type if diet is best for you. It's up to you whether you pay for them to actually give you the diet -- but at least it'll point you in the right direction. good luck.
